【摘要】：本文是以現(xiàn)代美式家具的構(gòu)件裝飾元素、雕刻裝飾元素和涂飾裝飾元素三個(gè)方面為研究?jī)?nèi)容展開(kāi)研究。本研究能夠進(jìn)一步深化國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)現(xiàn)代美式家具的研究,填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)現(xiàn)代美式家具裝飾元素尚無(wú)系統(tǒng)研究的缺憾,完善現(xiàn)代美式家具研究理論體系；夠?qū)ΜF(xiàn)代美式家具生產(chǎn)提供指導(dǎo),對(duì)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代美式家具自主設(shè)計(jì)和自主研發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。 運(yùn)用個(gè)案分析法和歸納法,通過(guò)對(duì)腳部裝飾構(gòu)件中對(duì)稱幾何形式腳部構(gòu)件和仿生形式腳部構(gòu)件的歸納總結(jié),分析出現(xiàn)代美式家具腳部裝飾構(gòu)件的形態(tài)特征；通過(guò)對(duì)腿部裝飾構(gòu)件中直腿形式構(gòu)件和彎腿形式構(gòu)件的歸納總結(jié),分析出現(xiàn)代美式家具腿部裝飾構(gòu)件的形態(tài)特征；通過(guò)對(duì)椅類靠背裝飾構(gòu)件中直靠背形式構(gòu)件、圓靠背形式構(gòu)件和環(huán)形靠背形式構(gòu)件的歸納總結(jié),分析出現(xiàn)代美式家具椅類靠背裝飾構(gòu)件的形態(tài)特征：通過(guò)頂部裝飾構(gòu)件中平頂形式構(gòu)件和凸頂形式構(gòu)件的歸納總結(jié),分析出現(xiàn)代美式家具柜類頂部裝飾構(gòu)件的形態(tài)特征,進(jìn)而得出現(xiàn)代美式家具構(gòu)件裝飾的形態(tài)特征和使用規(guī)則。 運(yùn)用個(gè)案分析法和歸納法,對(duì)現(xiàn)代美式家具的植物造型雕刻、動(dòng)物造型雕刻和二方連續(xù)造型雕刻進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)對(duì)植物造型雕刻中花形雕刻和葉形雕刻的歸納總結(jié),分析出現(xiàn)代美式家具植物造型雕刻的形態(tài)特征和使用規(guī)則；通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)物造型雕刻的歸納總結(jié),分析出現(xiàn)代美式家具動(dòng)物造型雕刻的形態(tài)特征和使用規(guī)則；通過(guò)對(duì)二方連續(xù)造型雕刻的歸納總結(jié),分析出現(xiàn)代美式家具二方連續(xù)造型雕刻的形態(tài)特征和使用規(guī)則,進(jìn)而得出現(xiàn)代美式家具雕刻裝飾的形態(tài)特征和使用規(guī)則。 運(yùn)用個(gè)案分析法和歸納法,通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)代美式家具仿古做舊涂飾中的基材破壞處理做舊效果和漆膜仿古做舊效果的樣式進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)現(xiàn)代美式家具仿古做舊處理效果的樣式特征和涂飾規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,為探索現(xiàn)代美式家具聚氨酯漆仿古做舊工藝流程提供依據(jù)；運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)分析的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)樣板進(jìn)行仿古做舊涂飾處理,探索出現(xiàn)代美式家具聚氨酯漆仿古做舊涂飾工藝流程,并對(duì)被涂飾樣板進(jìn)行漆膜質(zhì)量檢測(cè),檢驗(yàn)現(xiàn)代美式家具聚氨酯漆仿古做舊涂飾工藝流程的可行性,進(jìn)而探索出現(xiàn)代美式家具聚氨酯漆仿古做舊工藝流程及其影響因素。 研究表明,構(gòu)件裝飾中,有幾何體或仿生造型,線型或立體形式,帶雕刻和不帶雕刻以及構(gòu)件間合理搭配等基本形態(tài)規(guī)律和使用方法；雕刻裝飾中,有單獨(dú)造型雕刻和多造型雕刻,仿真和表意表現(xiàn),對(duì)稱和非對(duì)稱形式的形態(tài)規(guī)律；涂飾裝飾中,有基材破壞仿舊和漆膜仿古處理兩種,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：采用聚氨酯漆進(jìn)行仿古做舊處理在漆膜物理質(zhì)量方面優(yōu)于硝基漆。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the components of modern American furniture decorative elements, engraving decorative elements and decorative painting elements for the study of three aspects. This study can further deepen the domestic research on modern American furniture, fill in the lack of systematic research on the decorative elements of modern American furniture, and perfect the theoretical system of modern American furniture research. It can provide guidance for modern American furniture production and provide theoretical basis for independent design and R & D of modern American furniture. By using the method of case analysis and induction, this paper analyzes the morphological characteristics of modern American furniture foot decoration components by summing up the symmetrically geometric and bionic foot components in the foot decoration components. Through the induction and summary of straight leg and curved leg in leg decoration component, the paper analyzes the morphological characteristics of leg decoration component in modern American furniture. The paper summarizes the form components of circular backrest and annular backrest, and analyzes the morphological characteristics of the backrest decoration components of modern American-style furniture chairs: through the induction and summary of flat-top and protruding form components in the top decorative components, This paper analyzes the morphological characteristics of the top decorative components of modern American furniture cabinets, and then obtains the morphological characteristics and usage rules of modern American furniture decoration. Using the method of case analysis and induction, the plant sculpture, animal sculpture and bisquare continuous modeling carving of modern American furniture were studied. This paper analyzes the style characteristics and painting rules of the old treatment effect of modern American-style furniture, which provides the basis for exploring the old-fashioned process of the modern American-style polyurethane paint, and applies the method of experimental analysis. In this paper, the process flow of modern American furniture polyurethane paint is explored, and the quality of paint film is tested. This paper examines the feasibility of the old painting process of modern American furniture polyurethane paint, and then explores the old process flow and its influencing factors of the modern American polyurethane paint. The results show that there are geometric or bionic shapes, linear or stereoscopic forms, carvings and non-carvings, reasonable matching of components and so on. There are separate sculptures and multi-sculpt sculptures, simulation and ideographic representation, symmetry and asymmetrical forms of morphology; in painting decoration, there are two kinds of substrates, the destruction of old materials and the treatment of lacquer film imitation of antiquities. The experimental results show that the physical quality of polyurethane paint is better than that of nitro paint.
