【摘要】：鼓浪嶼的華僑洋樓建筑以融貫中西的氣魄和優(yōu)美典雅的裝飾在中國(guó)近代建筑史上獨(dú)樹一幟。海天堂構(gòu)中樓在其中最有代表性。它是鼓浪嶼十大別墅之一,是島上唯一使用仿古大屋頂?shù)慕ㄖ?裝飾精美,韻味十足,是近代中西合璧民居建筑的典范,其裝飾特征處處體現(xiàn)了主人的情懷和生活情趣,同時(shí)也反映了近代建筑本土化發(fā)展的路徑。
[Abstract]:The overseas Chinese building on Gulangyu is unique in the modern architectural history of China. Haitian Hall structure in which the most representative of the building. It is one of the ten villas on Gulangyu, the only building on the island that uses a large roof similar to the ancient one. It is beautifully decorated and full of charm. It is a model of modern Chinese and western residential buildings. Its decorative features everywhere reflect the feelings of the master and the interest of life. At the same time, it also reflects the development path of modern architecture localization.
