【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)70年代后期管理學(xué)界提出績(jī)效管理的概念以來，績(jī)效管理在企業(yè)管理中的重要性日益顯現(xiàn)，各企業(yè)也越來越重視企業(yè)的績(jī)效管理，把績(jī)效管理視為企業(yè)發(fā)展的生命，而且當(dāng)今世界各大企業(yè)都在不斷地改進(jìn)并完善自己的績(jī)效管理。但是在建筑裝飾行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展中，由于很多公司只看重其短期經(jīng)濟(jì)效益而不太重視績(jī)效管理、再加上裝飾工人素質(zhì)不高等因素，因此很多裝飾公司都缺乏競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，在規(guī)模上難以做大。 為了解決眾多建筑裝飾公司績(jī)效管理中存在的諸多問題，本文作者運(yùn)用績(jī)效管理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)，選取成都JH裝飾公司為分析對(duì)象，通過分析成都JH裝飾公司現(xiàn)行績(jī)效管理體系的問題再設(shè)計(jì)出適合該公司發(fā)展需要的新的績(jī)效管理體系并期待在該公司實(shí)施，從而期望帶動(dòng)建筑裝飾行業(yè)的績(jī)效管理來提升整個(gè)行業(yè)的績(jī)效管理效能。 本文首先闡述績(jī)效管理理論知識(shí)，包括績(jī)效和績(jī)效管理的概念、績(jī)效管理的方法、績(jī)效管理在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中的重要性等。接著對(duì)成都JH裝飾公司的現(xiàn)行績(jī)效管理進(jìn)行研究，運(yùn)用績(jī)效管理的理論知識(shí)分析其現(xiàn)行績(jī)效管理體系存在的問題以及其問題產(chǎn)生的原因，并針對(duì)成都JH裝飾公司績(jī)效管理中的問題以及公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，運(yùn)用績(jī)效管理中的關(guān)鍵業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)法和目標(biāo)管理法進(jìn)行了績(jī)效管理體系再設(shè)計(jì)。再?gòu)目?jī)效管理實(shí)施的理論角度分析新的績(jī)效管理體系在成都JH裝飾公司實(shí)施可能會(huì)達(dá)到的預(yù)期效果，以及新的績(jī)效管理體系實(shí)施的保障，通過實(shí)施新的績(jī)效管理體系來提高公司的整體績(jī)效，從而提升公司在業(yè)界的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 成都JH裝飾公司的現(xiàn)行績(jī)效管理體系代表著眾多裝飾公司的績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀，通過對(duì)成都JH裝飾公司現(xiàn)行績(jī)效管理體系的分析，，設(shè)計(jì)出一套更為合理更適合公司發(fā)展的新的績(jī)效管理體系，也為眾多裝飾公司的績(jī)效管理提供借鑒。最后，闡述了本文研究的局限和不足，并對(duì)本研究領(lǐng)域的未來發(fā)展提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of performance management was put forward by the academic circles of management in the late 1970s, the importance of performance management in enterprise management has become more and more obvious. The enterprises also pay more and more attention to the performance management of enterprises, and regard performance management as the life of enterprise development. And the world's major enterprises are constantly improving and improving their own performance management. However, in the rapid development of the construction and decoration industry, many decoration companies lack competitiveness due to the fact that many companies only value their short-term economic benefits rather than performance management, and that the quality of decoration workers is not high. It is difficult to be large in scale. In order to solve the problems existing in the performance management of many architectural decoration companies, the author chooses Chengdu JH Decoration Company as the analysis object by using the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management. Through the analysis of the current performance management system of Chengdu JH Decoration Company, a new performance management system suitable for the development of Chengdu JH Decoration Company is designed and is expected to be implemented in the company. It is expected to promote the performance management of the construction decoration industry to enhance the performance management efficiency of the whole industry. This paper firstly expounds the theoretical knowledge of performance management, including the concept of performance and performance management, the methods of performance management, the importance of performance management in modern enterprise management, and so on. Then it studies the current performance management of Chengdu JH Decoration Company, and analyzes the existing problems of its current performance management system and the causes of its problems by using the theoretical knowledge of performance management. Aiming at the problems in the performance management of Chengdu JH Decoration Company and the development of the company, the performance management system is redesigned by using the key performance index method and the objective management method in the performance management. From the perspective of performance management theory, this paper analyzes the expected effect of the implementation of the new performance management system in Chengdu JH decoration company, as well as the guarantee of the implementation of the new performance management system. Through the implementation of the new performance management system to improve the overall performance of the company, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the company in the industry. The current performance management system of Chengdu JH Decoration Company represents the current performance management situation of many decoration companies, through the analysis of the current performance management system of Chengdu JH Decoration Company. Design a set of more reasonable and more suitable for the development of the company's new performance management system, but also for many decorative companies to provide reference for performance management. Finally, the limitations and shortcomings of this study are described, and the future development of this research field is prospected.
