裝飾裝修工程中綠色施工的評(píng)價(jià)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展、人民生活水平的提高,全球變暖、自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā)等問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越引起社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。建筑行業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱行業(yè),存在著嚴(yán)重的資源、能源浪費(fèi)和環(huán)境污染現(xiàn)象,據(jù)有關(guān)研究表明我國(guó)建筑活動(dòng)造成的污染約占全部污染的三分之一,因此我國(guó)政府把推動(dòng)建筑節(jié)能減排,作為改變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式,建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)的一項(xiàng)重要舉措。 裝飾裝修工程作為建筑施工中不可或缺的一部分,不僅能夠美化城市、改善居住環(huán)境,也可以拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)、提高就業(yè)。然而,裝飾裝修過(guò)程對(duì)資源的消耗及環(huán)境的影響也是最直接和明顯的,并且會(huì)影響到后期建筑的使用。面對(duì)這種情況,對(duì)裝飾裝修行業(yè)實(shí)施綠色施工是唯一的出路,不僅如此,找出影響裝飾裝修工程綠色施工的主要影響因素、制定一套合理的、針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的、容易操作的評(píng)判體系才能夠推進(jìn)該行業(yè)健康地、快速地向前發(fā)展。 本文對(duì)裝飾裝修工程的綠色施工理論及評(píng)價(jià)方法做了比較深入的研究探索,第一部分闡述了本文的研究背景和意義,展示了國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,第二部分介紹了裝飾裝修工程綠色施工與綠色施工的關(guān)系等裝飾裝修工程綠色施工的相關(guān)理論,并按照施工順序?qū)ρb飾裝修工程綠色施工的重點(diǎn)做法進(jìn)行了闡述,第三部分通過(guò)相關(guān)類似文獻(xiàn)的學(xué)習(xí),建立了評(píng)價(jià)模型體系,并選擇用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行裝飾裝修工程的綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)。第四部分用具體案例的闡述在實(shí)際工程中該方法的應(yīng)用,論證了本文構(gòu)建的綠色施工評(píng)價(jià)體系的可行和適宜性。 本文以上研究?jī)?nèi)容,旨在提高人們對(duì)裝飾裝修工程綠色施工的重視,為整個(gè)建筑過(guò)程綠色施工綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the improvement of people's living standards, global warming, frequent natural disasters and other issues have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. As the pillar industry of the national economy, the construction industry has serious resources, energy waste and environmental pollution phenomenon. According to relevant studies, the pollution caused by construction activities in China accounts for about 1/3 of the total pollution. Therefore, our government regards the promotion of building energy saving and emission reduction as an important measure to change the mode of economic growth and to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. As an indispensable part of construction, decoration and decoration can not only beautify the city, improve the living environment, but also boost consumption and employment. However, the process of decoration and decoration on the consumption of resources and environment is the most direct and obvious, and will affect the later use of buildings. Faced with this situation, green construction is the only way out for decoration and decoration industry. Not only that, but also, find out the main factors that affect the green construction of decoration and decoration projects, and formulate a set of reasonable and targeted, An easy-to-operate evaluation system can push the industry forward healthily and quickly. In this paper, the green construction theory and evaluation methods of decoration and decoration engineering are deeply studied and explored. The first part expounds the research background and significance of this paper, and shows the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part introduces the relationship between green construction and green construction of decoration and decoration engineering, and expounds the key methods of green construction of decoration and decoration according to the construction sequence. In the third part, the evaluation model system is established through the study of similar literature, and the method of combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is chosen to evaluate the green construction of decoration and decoration engineering. In the fourth part, the feasibility and suitability of the green construction evaluation system constructed in this paper are demonstrated by the application of this method in practical engineering. The purpose of this paper is to increase people's attention to the green construction of decoration and decoration engineering, and to provide reference for the construction of the comprehensive evaluation system of green construction in the whole building process.
