【摘要】：多弧離子鎮(zhèn)生產(chǎn)的ＴｉＮ裝飾膜表面含有一定數(shù)目的顆粒。嚴重影響著膜層色澤、光潔度、孔隙度及耐腐性、實驗表明：“二次輝光”的改進工藝，，可以有效地減少表面顆粒數(shù)目，改善膜層質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The surface of the TiN decorative film produced by multi-arc ion control contains a certain number of particles. The color, finish, porosity and corrosion resistance of the film are seriously affected. The experimental results show that the improved technology of "secondary glow" can effectively reduce the number of surface particles and improve the quality of the film.
