【摘要】： 中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)家具在明清時(shí)期發(fā)展到了頂峰,明清家具上絢麗多彩的雕刻裝飾圖案,酐顯著豐富的民族文化內(nèi)涵,是現(xiàn)代家具吸收借鑒的源泉。本文通過(guò)對(duì)明清家具雕刻裝飾圖案的收集與分類(lèi)整理,建立圖案數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),定量化分析圖案題材與雕刻裝飾部位之間的關(guān)系;在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)雕刻裝飾圖案進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用的提煉研究,以使其符合現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)需求,并能用現(xiàn)代工藝手段來(lái)生產(chǎn),以更好地用于現(xiàn)代中式家具的開(kāi)發(fā)。 本研究在整體架構(gòu)上主要采用定性歸納的研究方法,并根據(jù)具體研究?jī)?nèi)容的不同,分別采用不同的方法。在圖案采集與圖庫(kù)建立部分,主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料查閱、實(shí)地觀察與調(diào)查等方法;在圖庫(kù)歸類(lèi)與分析部分,主要采用了歸納法、對(duì)比分析和方差分析等方法;在圖案提煉研究與現(xiàn)代工藝探討部分,主要采用了案例分析、訪談和成本分析等方法。 本研究的主要成果體現(xiàn)在以下三個(gè)方面: (1)建立了明清家具雕刻裝飾圖案數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并通過(guò)方差分析、對(duì)比分析等手段,對(duì)明清家具在雕刻裝飾圖案題材的使用上以及雕刻裝飾部位上的變化規(guī)律及其特征進(jìn)行了較系統(tǒng)的分析總結(jié),得到了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論,為現(xiàn)代中式家具進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用這些圖案提供了參考。另外,對(duì)庫(kù)中的圖案進(jìn)行了線描處理,能被精雕軟件所識(shí)別,從而為數(shù)控雕刻提供了很好的素材庫(kù)。 (2)在著重分析現(xiàn)代中式家具雕刻裝飾圖案應(yīng)用規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了明清家具雕刻裝飾圖案現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用提煉的五個(gè)原則。它們分別是直接引用、簡(jiǎn)化提煉、抽象提煉、夸張?zhí)釤捯约胺纸馀c重組提煉的原則。并結(jié)合實(shí)例分析了這些原則的具體應(yīng)用,為明清家具雕刻裝飾圖案的現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用提供了理論上的參考和指導(dǎo)。 (3)在對(duì)當(dāng)前工廠雕刻工藝改進(jìn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)就精雕工藝生產(chǎn)圖案的技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。工廠調(diào)查與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,現(xiàn)有工藝有很大的改進(jìn)空間;但在技術(shù)上,完全可用塑料成型裝飾、實(shí)木壓花制作、激光雕刻以及數(shù)控雕刻等現(xiàn)代工藝來(lái)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)工藝;而且,在成本上是經(jīng)濟(jì)的。
[Abstract]:The Chinese traditional furniture developed to the peak in the Ming and Qing dynasties. The colorful engraving decorative patterns on the furniture in the Ming and Qing dynasties are rich in national cultural connotation and are the source for the modern furniture to absorb and use for reference.By collecting and classifying the decorative patterns of furniture carving in Ming and Qing dynasties, this paper establishes a database of patterns, and quantitatively analyzes the relationship between the themes of patterns and the decorative parts of engraving, on the basis of which,In order to meet the needs of the modern market and produce by means of modern technology, the carving and decoration pattern can be refined and studied in modern application, so that it can be better used in the development of modern Chinese furniture.In this study, qualitative inductive research methods are mainly used in the overall framework, and different methods are adopted according to the specific research content.In the part of pattern collection and database establishment, we mainly use the methods of literature reference, field observation and investigation, and in the part of classification and analysis of picture library, we mainly adopt the methods of induction, comparative analysis and variance analysis, etc.In the part of pattern extraction research and modern technology research, case analysis, interview and cost analysis are mainly used.The main results of this study are as follows:1) the database of furniture engraving and decoration pattern in Ming and Qing dynasties was established, and by means of variance analysis, comparative analysis and so on,This paper makes a systematic analysis and summary of the changes and characteristics of the furniture in the Ming and Qing dynasties in the use of engraving decorative patterns and the engraving decorative parts, and obtains the corresponding conclusions.It provides a reference for the further development and application of these patterns in modern Chinese furniture.In addition, the pattern in the library is processed by line drawing, which can be recognized by the engraving software, thus providing a good material library for NC engraving.On the basis of analyzing the application law of modern Chinese furniture engraving and decoration pattern, the paper puts forward five principles of modern application and refining of furniture engraving decorative pattern in Ming and Qing dynasties.They are principles of direct quotation, simplification, abstraction, hyperbole, and decomposition and reorganization.The concrete application of these principles is analyzed with an example, which provides a theoretical reference and guidance for the modern application of furniture engraving and decorative patterns in Ming and Qing dynasties.On the basis of the analysis of the improvement of the engraving process in the factory at present, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the technical and economic feasibility of the pattern production of the fine carving process.Factory investigations and analysis of test data show that there is a lot of room for improvement in the existing processes; however, modern techniques such as plastic molding and decoration, solid wood embossing, laser carving and numerical control engraving can be used to replace the traditional process.It is economical in cost.
