【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境變得更為復(fù)雜和不穩(wěn)定,使得企業(yè)面臨著各種危機(jī),如果不能很好地應(yīng)對(duì)這些危機(jī),不僅會(huì)使企業(yè)利潤(rùn)減少,甚至面臨倒閉的危險(xiǎn),也會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)行業(yè)、甚至整個(gè)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的負(fù)面影響?紤]到建筑工程類(lèi)企業(yè)的自身特點(diǎn),如何對(duì)企業(yè)可能面對(duì)的危機(jī)進(jìn)行識(shí)別、評(píng)估,并提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,對(duì)于企業(yè)健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要的意義。另外,提出完善的危機(jī)管理保障體系,才能確保危機(jī)管理能具體實(shí)施,并不會(huì)淪為空談。 本文以廈門(mén)市泉藝設(shè)計(jì)裝飾工程有限公司為研究對(duì)象,在運(yùn)用當(dāng)代先進(jìn)的危機(jī)管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,識(shí)別出了泉藝公司潛在的五項(xiàng)危機(jī):信譽(yù)危機(jī)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理危機(jī)、財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)、人力資源危機(jī)和合同危機(jī),以及引起各種危機(jī)的原因以及后果。并進(jìn)一步針對(duì)可能引發(fā)危機(jī)的因素提出了相應(yīng)的危機(jī)縮減措施;構(gòu)建了包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定、信息收集、信息加工、危機(jī)預(yù)報(bào)和危機(jī)預(yù)控五方面在內(nèi)的危機(jī)預(yù)警體系;羅列了危機(jī)爆發(fā)后一系列可行的危機(jī)處理方案;根據(jù)危機(jī)的不同特性和損害程度,給出了危機(jī)恢復(fù)措施。最后從制定企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、調(diào)整和完善組織架構(gòu)、建設(shè)全面的人才保障體系和儲(chǔ)備充足的資源四方面建立了完整可行的保障體系。 論文得出的危機(jī)縮減、危機(jī)預(yù)警、危機(jī)處理和危機(jī)恢復(fù)四方面的具體方案,對(duì)于預(yù)防企業(yè)危機(jī)發(fā)生,提高企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)能力,盡快從危機(jī)中恢復(fù)并發(fā)掘機(jī)遇起到了重要的作用。同時(shí),配套的保障體系對(duì)于危機(jī)管理體系的有效實(shí)施起到了切實(shí)可靠的保障作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the business environment that the enterprise faces becomes more complex and unstable, which makes the enterprise face various crises. If it can not deal with these crises well, it will not only reduce the profit of the enterprise, but even face the danger of closing down.Will also have a greater negative impact on the entire industry, and even the whole society.Considering the characteristics of the construction engineering enterprises, it is of great significance to identify, evaluate and put forward the corresponding measures for the health and sustainable development of the enterprises.In addition, putting forward perfect crisis management guarantee system can ensure that crisis management can be implemented concretely and will not degenerate into empty talk.This paper takes Xiamen Quanyi Design and Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. as the research object, on the basis of applying the contemporary advanced crisis management theory, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, has identified the potential five crises of Quanyi Company: credit crisis,Management crisis, financial crisis, human resources crisis and contract crisis, and causes and consequences of various crises.Furthermore, the corresponding measures of crisis reduction are put forward, including the establishment of standards, information collection, information processing, crisis prediction and crisis pre-control.This paper lists a series of feasible solutions to the crisis after the crisis broke out, and gives the measures of crisis recovery according to the different characteristics of the crisis and the degree of damage.Finally, a complete and feasible security system is established from four aspects: formulating the enterprise strategy, adjusting and perfecting the organizational structure, building a comprehensive talent security system and sufficient reserves of resources.The four specific schemes of crisis reduction, crisis warning, crisis management and crisis recovery have played an important role in preventing the occurrence of enterprise crisis, improving the ability of enterprise to deal with the crisis, and recovering and discovering the opportunity from the crisis as soon as possible.At the same time, the supporting security system for the effective implementation of crisis management system played a reliable role.
