【摘要】：為查明某企業(yè)304不銹鋼汽車裝飾條發(fā)生銹蝕的原因,從材料材質(zhì)、銹蝕點形貌、銹蝕發(fā)生位置成分等幾個方面進行分析,同時采用鹽霧加速腐蝕試驗方法測試了材料耐腐蝕性能。結果表明,材料在酸洗后酸洗液未清洗干凈,導致了材料表層發(fā)生腐蝕,打磨可以避免材料的進一步腐蝕。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the cause of corrosion of 304 stainless steel automobile decorative strip in a certain enterprise, this paper analyzes the material material, the morphology of corrosion spot, the location of corrosion, and so on. At the same time, the corrosion resistance of the material was tested by salt spray accelerated corrosion test. The results showed that the acid washing solution was not cleaned after acid washing, which resulted in the corrosion of the surface layer of the material, and grinding could avoid the further corrosion of the material.
