【摘要】：當前我國正處于城鎮(zhèn)化高速發(fā)展的時代,傳統(tǒng)文化面臨著巨大沖擊,一些歷史城鎮(zhèn)的地域風貌和傳統(tǒng)景觀正在遺失,因此人們普遍意識到這些人類共有的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)不僅應得到保護,更應將這些環(huán)境和精神文化繼承下來。在這種背景下,國內(nèi)興起了一股古鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)和保護的熱潮。但在開發(fā)過程中由于過度商業(yè)化,出現(xiàn)了許多如“拆舊仿新”、“先開發(fā),后治理”等問題,對古鎮(zhèn)遺產(chǎn)保護造成很大沖擊。鑒于古鎮(zhèn)作為歷史遺產(chǎn)保護的重要性和復雜性,國內(nèi)外專家從不同的角度對其進行了大量的理論探討和實證分析。同時,國內(nèi)學術界也從建筑學、藝術學、歷史學、文化地理學、景觀學及古村落保護等方面對古鎮(zhèn)進行了相關研究,但從古鎮(zhèn)室外裝飾材料的角度對古鎮(zhèn)景觀恢復的研究相對較少,成果不多,從定性與定量角度的研究則更少。本文以靖港古鎮(zhèn)為研究對象,在大量資料整理和實地調(diào)研的基礎上,依據(jù)城市規(guī)劃學、古鎮(zhèn)保護理論、景觀恢復學等相關理論,采用問卷調(diào)查、灰色關聯(lián)分析等方法,對靖港古鎮(zhèn)室外裝飾材料的應用現(xiàn)狀進行價值評價,并提出古鎮(zhèn)景觀恢復對策與建議,結(jié)論如下： (1)通過對靖港古鎮(zhèn)相關文獻資料的綜述分析和實地調(diào)查得出,靖港古鎮(zhèn)外部空間環(huán)境景觀的形成受古鎮(zhèn)所處地域自然環(huán)境的制約及歷史人文的影響較大,整個古鎮(zhèn)空間格局、建筑風格以清末民初時期風貌為主。而古鎮(zhèn)整體外部景觀基本都是在古鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)建設中恢復和重建的。整個古鎮(zhèn)室外裝飾材料應用種類較為豐富,從景觀生態(tài)學的角度來分析材料的使用現(xiàn)狀,特色與問題并存。 (2)通過實地調(diào)查得知,整個靖港古鎮(zhèn)外部景觀類型主要分為建筑外觀、巷道、水體駁岸、植物、景觀小品和公共服務設施。而組成這些外觀的室外裝飾材料主要有：木質(zhì)、石材、磚瓦、油漆顏料、石灰、泥灰、植物、混凝土、金屬、玻璃、塑料、織物和紙材等。其中建筑材料和景觀小品大多屬于仿古木材和石材。通過問卷調(diào)查法,從材料自身的特性和其對景觀恢復價值的影響,選取色彩度、耐久性、堅固性、抗腐蝕性、安全性、環(huán)保性、美觀度、原真性、文化內(nèi)涵等因素,以其在靖港古鎮(zhèn)景觀恢復中價值進行評分。運用灰色關聯(lián)分析法,將這些評價因素和評分結(jié)果作為灰色關聯(lián)系統(tǒng)中的關聯(lián)系數(shù)來求取每種材料與景觀恢復理想材料的關聯(lián)度。由計算結(jié)果的得分高低來判斷此種材料在景觀恢復價值中的優(yōu)劣。主要結(jié)果是：得分前五名的材料是木材、石材、磚、瓦和植物,得分最低的材料分別是混凝土、油漆、金屬、玻璃和塑料。 (3)從靖港古鎮(zhèn)室外裝飾材料評價結(jié)果中得知,在古鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)保護過程中,應較多的選擇對古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)景觀延續(xù)和原真性的保持有較好作用石材、木材和磚瓦等傳統(tǒng)材料。盡量減少或避免使用金屬、塑料和混凝土等對古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)景觀有一定破壞和反作用的現(xiàn)代裝飾材料。 (4)根據(jù)灰色關聯(lián)分析結(jié)果得出,在靖港古鎮(zhèn)在景觀恢復中,因為大量使用了灰色關聯(lián)度較高的前五種材料,古鎮(zhèn)整體風貌較為統(tǒng)一,得出對古鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)有問題的改進措施和建議：在靖港古鎮(zhèn)景觀恢復中應修正、減少或更改關聯(lián)度較小的幾種材料,使古鎮(zhèn)景觀更多地體現(xiàn)“古”的風貌,保持古鎮(zhèn)的原真性和傳統(tǒng)地域特色；因室外裝飾材料中仿古材料和植物對古鎮(zhèn)景觀空間有較好的修復,可適當使用改變古鎮(zhèn)中存在的景觀問題；室外裝飾材料對靖港古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)風貌的展現(xiàn)有較大的影響,今后對于古鎮(zhèn)的開發(fā)應重視室外裝飾材料的選擇。 論文從定性與定量角度對靖港古鎮(zhèn)室外裝飾材料的應用現(xiàn)狀進行系統(tǒng)分析與價值評價,得出了古鎮(zhèn)景觀恢復中存在的一些問題,并提出了相應的改進建議與措施。希望研究結(jié)論對江南古鎮(zhèn)的開發(fā)與保護提供一些理論指導。
[Abstract]:China is in the era of rapid development of urbanization, the traditional culture is facing a huge impact, some of the historic town of geographical features and traditional landscape is lost, so it is generally realized that the mankind should not only protect the historical and cultural heritage, it should be the environmental and cultural inheritance. In this context the rise of a town, development and protection of the boom. But in the development process due to excessive commercialization, there are many such as the demolition of the old new imitation "," first development, governance problems ", which has a great impact on the protection of the heritage of the ancient town. In view of the old town as the importance and complexity of historical heritage protection, China foreign experts conducted a theoretical exploration and empirical analysis of a large number of its from different angles. At the same time, the domestic academic circles from architecture, art, history, cultural geography, landscape and ancient village Fall protection and other aspects of the related research on the town, but the research on the recovery of the ancient landscape from the angle of the town of outdoor decoration materials is relatively small, not much research results, from qualitative and quantitative angle is less. This paper takes Jinggang ancient town as the research object, based on a large amount of data and on-the-spot investigation, on the basis of city town planning, protection theory, theory of landscape restoration, using questionnaire, grey relational analysis, evaluates the value of application of Jinggang town outdoor decoration materials, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of landscape restoration. The conclusions are as follows:
(1) through the town of Jing Gang related literature review analysis and field survey, influenced by the constraints of town and historical geographical environment of the formation of large Jinggang ancient town of the external space landscape, the whole town spatial pattern, architectural style to the late Qing Dynasty style. While the overall external landscape of ancient town is the restoration and reconstruction in the development and construction of the ancient town. The entire town of outdoor decoration materials application type is rich, to analyze the current situation of the use of materials from the perspective of landscape ecology, the coexistence of characteristics and problems.
(2) through the field survey, the Jinggang ancient town landscape types are mainly divided into the external appearance of the building, tunnel, water revetment, plants, landscape and public service facilities and outdoor decoration materials. The appearance of these are: wood, stone, tile, paint pigments, lime, mortar, concrete, plant. Metal, glass, plastic, fabric and paper materials. The building materials and the landscape are mostly antique wood and stone. Through the questionnaire survey method, from the characteristics of the materials and the value of landscape restoration effect, selection of color chroma, firmness, durability, corrosion resistance, safety, environmental protection, the aesthetic, authenticity, culture and other factors, to the value of the score in Jinggang town landscape restoration. Using the method of grey correlation analysis, the evaluation results and the correlation coefficient factor score as the grey system to obtain each kind of material Correlation of ideal material and landscape restoration. The results calculated by the score to determine the level of these materials in landscape restoration in the value of quality. The main results are: the top five scores of the material is wood, stone, brick, tile and plants, the lowest score of the materials are concrete, paint, metal, glass and plastic.
(3) learned from the evaluation results of Jinggang town outdoor decoration materials, in the process of protection and development of ancient towns, should be more choice of ancient traditional landscape maintain authenticity has better effect of stone, wood and brick and other traditional materials. To reduce or avoid the use of metal, plastic and other modern decoration materials must have concrete damage and reaction to the ancient town of traditional landscape.
(4) according to the grey correlation analysis showed that in the Jinggang ancient town in landscape restoration, because the first five kinds of materials, the extensive use of grey correlation degree is higher, the town overall style is unified, the improvement measures and suggestions on the existing problems in the town: should be amended restoration in the Jinggang ancient town landscape, several materials to reduce or change the correlation degree is small, the town landscape more embodies the "ancient" style, keep the town of authenticity and traditional features; for antique materials and plant outdoor decorative material has good repair of ancient town landscape space, the proper use of problems existing in the town landscape change; traditional style outdoor decoration materials of ancient town Jing Gang show has a great effect on the future for the development of ancient towns should pay attention to the outdoor decoration material selection.
To evaluate the value of application of system analysis and the status quo from qualitative and quantitative perspectives on Jinggang town outdoor decoration materials, obtained some problems in restoration of the ancient landscape, and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions and measures. I hope the conclusion of the study on the development and protection of the ancient town to provide some theoretical guidance.
