我國普通高校音樂教育管理模式探析

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展與激烈競爭的21世紀,對全球教育提出了全方位的挑戰(zhàn)。普通高校音樂教育的特殊性決定了其在為國民經(jīng)濟技術(shù)改造、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變革等方面的需求輸送各類各級人才過程中的重要性。 本文在對目前我國普通高校音樂教育管理體制現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析及對國外普通高校管理模式比較研究的基礎(chǔ)上,按照高校教育改革的新要求,樹立“以人為本”的思想,運用調(diào)查研究、比較研究、理論與實踐相結(jié)合等研究方法,從教育管理學(xué)、組織理論的角度,將教育行政與教育管理等同看待,,對普通高校音樂教育的管理模式進行了深入的理論研究與總結(jié),論證了雙線制管理模式向單線制管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)變的必要性,提出建立音樂教育的民間協(xié)調(diào)機構(gòu)和普通高校音樂教育督導(dǎo)委員會,進一步完善普通高等院校音樂教育管理層次。針對如何理順組織關(guān)系、充分發(fā)揮組織人員的積極性,建立有利于普通高校音樂教育發(fā)展的管理格局等,進行了初步的探討。論文成果對于健全高校美育工作組織機構(gòu)、優(yōu)化管理系統(tǒng)、提高美育工作實效具有一定的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:The 21st century, with the rapid economic development and fierce competition, poses a challenge to global education. The particularity of music education in colleges and universities determines its importance in the process of transporting talents at all levels for the needs of national economy technological transformation and industrial structure reform. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the management system of music education in colleges and universities in our country and the comparative study of the management models of foreign universities and colleges, and in accordance with the new requirements of the educational reform in colleges and universities, this paper sets up the idea of "people-oriented". By using the methods of investigation, comparative study, combination of theory and practice, and from the angle of educational management and organization theory, educational administration and educational management are treated in the same way. This paper makes a deep theoretical research and summary on the management mode of music education in colleges and universities, and demonstrates the necessity of the transformation from the two-line management mode to the single-line management mode. In order to improve the management level of music education in colleges and universities, it is proposed to establish a folk coordination organization and a steering committee for music education in colleges and universities. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on how to straighten out the organizational relationship, give full play to the enthusiasm of the organization personnel, and establish a management pattern conducive to the development of music education in colleges and universities. The results of this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance for perfecting the organization of aesthetic education in colleges and universities, optimizing the management system, and improving the actual effect of aesthetic education.
