嗓音訓(xùn)練對(duì)治療嗓疾和改善音質(zhì)的效果研究

【摘要】:目的研究嗓音訓(xùn)練對(duì)治療嗓疾和改善音質(zhì)的效果。方法選擇2015年10月—2016年10月我院收治的患有嗓疾的患者120例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組患者60例。對(duì)照組患者采取常規(guī)對(duì)癥治療,觀察組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行嗓音訓(xùn)練治療。對(duì)比兩組患者嗓疾的治療效果,同時(shí)兩組患者治療前后的音質(zhì)情況。結(jié)果觀察組患者嗓疾治療總有效率為96.67%,高于對(duì)照組患者的81.67%(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者音質(zhì)情況差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,觀察組患者持續(xù)"a"音和持續(xù)"i"音的Jitter值(頻率微擾)與對(duì)照組患者差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Shimmer值(振幅微擾)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用嗓音訓(xùn)練的方法,能夠?qū)ιぜ财鸬捷^好的治療效果,同時(shí)可幫助患者改善和提升音質(zhì),具有重要的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of voice training on the treatment of voice diseases and the improvement of sound quality. Methods from October 2015 to October 2016, 120 patients with throat were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine symptomatic therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with voice training on this basis. To compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with throat disease, and the sound quality of the two groups before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate was 96.67 in the observation group, which was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in acoustical quality between the two groups (P 0.05). The Jitter (frequency perturbation) of continuous "a" and continuous "I" sounds in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group. The value of Shimmer (amplitude perturbation) in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the method of voice training is effective in the treatment of voice diseases, and can also help patients to improve and improve the quality of sound, which has important clinical value.
