【摘要】：音樂是人們生活中不可缺少的一部分，愛國歌曲在音樂中發(fā)揮著巨大的渲染和教育意義。人需要音樂，同樣培養(yǎng)人的教育也需要音樂。尤其是對監(jiān)獄囚犯來說，在他們的內(nèi)心可能已變的黑暗。享受愛國歌曲可以讓他們加深對愛國歌曲的理解，使得他們的心靈得到凈化，通過不斷學(xué)習愛國歌曲，來改變他們的世界觀，人生觀和價值觀。 本文著重探討革命歌曲對囚犯的心靈改造，試圖改變以前傳統(tǒng)的管理改造模式，，探索新型行之有效的方法來減少囚犯的痛苦，早日脫離苦海，成為一名遵紀守法的好公民。 所謂的囚犯亦稱服刑人員，是指因犯罪而服刑役的人。它具有三個基本特征：一是自然人犯罪；二是法院依照國家法律法規(guī)對違法人予以懲罰；三是正處于刑法處分的人。當今改造囚犯的手段基本上還是傳統(tǒng)的管理模式如管家監(jiān)獄制度、囚犯管理條例等法律法規(guī)，這些在一定程度上可以改變囚犯的思想和對人生觀的認識，但很難從心靈上讓他們得到感化和悔改。本文主要運用欣賞革命歌曲的形式凈化囚犯心靈來改變以前的管理模式，在基本管理條例的基礎(chǔ)上加入革命歌曲對他們的教化。 音樂可以陶冶人們的情操，愛國歌曲以其特有的形式為我們的生活增添了光彩，我們的心靈從而得到感染，更準確的體會生活中真善美的內(nèi)涵，從而分辨事物的善惡，所以愛國歌曲可以為缺乏社會責任感和狹隘腐朽思想的囚犯指明一條光明的發(fā)展道路。 從我的研究現(xiàn)狀中可以看出，目前研究最多的是圍繞常規(guī)增加的新規(guī)章制度、新期刊、新出版物等方面進行研究。但是由于很多方面的影響，用欣賞愛國歌曲的形式教化囚犯的模式還沒有得到推廣，本課題試圖將囚犯和欣賞愛國歌曲有機結(jié)合，根據(jù)囚犯的表現(xiàn)特征及身心缺陷，制定有效的教育方法，通過欣賞革命歌曲使身心都得到健康發(fā)展。這一具有針對性的課題研究是符合我國國情和未來發(fā)展需要的，體現(xiàn)了當今社會所倡導(dǎo)的教育要以人為本、平等對人的教育理念。同時希望能為中國特殊音樂教育事業(yè)盡到綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Music is an indispensable part of people's life, patriotic songs played a significant rendering and education in music. People need the same music, cultivate people's education also need music. Especially for the prisoners, may have changed in their inner darkness. Enjoy love songs can make their country to deepen the patriotic the song's understanding, so that their hearts are purified, through continuous learning patriotic songs, to change their world outlook, outlook on life and values.
This paper focuses on the revolutionary songs to mind the transformation of the prisoners, trying to change the traditional management mode reform, explore new effective methods to reduce the prisoner's suffering, misery as soon as possible, to become a good citizen law-abiding.
The so-called prisoners or prisoners, is due to the crime and prison service. It has three basic characteristics: one is the natural person crime; two is the court in accordance with the national laws and regulations to punish illegal people; the three is in the criminal punishment. The transformation of the prisoners means basically the traditional management mode such as the steward of the prison system, prison management regulations and other laws and regulations, these prisoners can change the thoughts and understanding of life in a certain extent, but it is difficult to get them from the heart of repentance. This paper mainly uses the influence and appreciation of revolutionary songs in the form of purifying heart to change the previous prisoners in the basic management mode management regulations on into the revolutionary songs to their education.
Music can cultivate people's sentiments, patriotic songs add luster to its unique form of our life, our hearts to get infected, more accurate understanding of life in the beauty of connotation, so as to distinguish good and evil things, so patriotic songs can lack the sense of social responsibility and narrow decadent ideas of prisoners out a bright road of development.
From the present situation of research can be seen in the present study is the largest of the system around the new regulations, regular increase in new journals, research new publications. But due to many factors, with the appreciation of the form of education patriotic songs prisoners model has not yet been popularized, this topic attempts to take prisoners and enjoy the combination according to the features of patriotic songs, and physical and mental defects of prisoners, to develop effective education method, through the appreciation of revolutionary songs that are physical and mental health development. This is for research is consistent with China's national conditions and future development needs, reflects the advocated in today's society, education should be people-oriented, equality of education at the same time, the hope for the business philosophy. Chinese special music education to contribute.
