【摘要】：教育立法是一切教育活動(dòng)走向成熟的重要標(biāo)志;是一切教育活動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)教育目標(biāo)的根本保障。中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代音樂(lè)教育發(fā)展的每一個(gè)階段,都不能離開國(guó)家教育法規(guī)的建設(shè)。基于此種認(rèn)識(shí),本文取清末民初我國(guó)學(xué)校音樂(lè)教育法規(guī)建設(shè)的研究視角,通過(guò)大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理、分析,結(jié)合清末民初我國(guó)學(xué)校音樂(lè)教育法規(guī)建設(shè)的理論與實(shí)踐,在關(guān)照歷史文化政治教育背景的同時(shí),以馬克思主義辯證唯物主義為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)、分析、歸納等方法,力爭(zhēng)對(duì)清末民初我國(guó)學(xué)校音樂(lè)教育法規(guī)建設(shè)的歷史,作出客觀的、公允的、符合自身發(fā)展規(guī)律的理論評(píng)判。
[Abstract]:Educational legislation is an important symbol of the maturity of all educational activities and a fundamental guarantee for all educational activities to achieve their educational goals. Based on this understanding, this paper takes the research angle of the school music education law construction in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, through a lot of related literature combing, analyzing, Combined with the theory and practice of the construction of school music education laws and regulations in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, while taking care of the background of historical, cultural and political education, under the guidance of Marxist dialectical materialism, the author applies the methods of literature, analysis, induction, etc. This paper tries to make an objective, fair, and theoretical judgment on the history of the construction of school music education laws and regulations in China at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China.
