【摘要】：作者從目前在全國開展的"申報非物質文化遺產"工作著眼,針對音樂領域"非遺"工作進行中存在的問題,結合實際探討了傳統(tǒng)音樂的保護與發(fā)展。作者認為要以可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀念,結合政府、學者、基層工作人員各方面力量,通過更好的組織開展"申遺"工作,從而為傳統(tǒng)音樂的保護與發(fā)展開辟道路。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of the "declaration of intangible cultural heritage" carried out in the whole country at present, the author discusses the protection and development of traditional music according to the problems existing in the work of "non-heritage" in the field of music. The author thinks that with the concept of sustainable development, combining with the government, scholars and grass-roots workers, we should carry out the work of "applying for legacy" through better organization, thus opening the way for the protection and development of traditional music.
