【摘要】： 呼吸是歌唱的根基,是良好歌唱的起步,只有打好呼吸的基礎(chǔ),才能有效的輔助發(fā)聲,完善地表現(xiàn)歌曲。從審美角度看,聲音藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力的特點是：在氣息支持下使聲音具有致遠性、穿透性和持久性,并能在這個過程中做出各種力度變化和色彩對比。實踐證明各種發(fā)聲技巧的訓練也都是圍繞這一審美特點來實施的。 歌唱呼吸看不見、摸不著,要靠感覺去領(lǐng)悟,這給呼吸的訓練帶來一定的難度。在平常的訓練中,教師常常會用一些比喻,如“搬鋼琴”、“吹蠟燭”“聞花”“驚訝”等等引導我們先找到歌唱所需要的正確的呼吸狀態(tài),即胸腹腔同時打開,氣沉丹田。然后慢慢帶入發(fā)聲練習,在發(fā)聲練習中建立了穩(wěn)固的呼吸狀態(tài)后,這種感覺就自然而然的帶入歌唱,歌唱中的呼吸技術(shù)問題隨之解決。 本文主要圍繞著從呼吸技能技巧的訓練到歌唱中呼吸運用的過渡來展開論述,共分為三個部分： 一.歌唱呼吸的三種類型與生理、心理機制：介紹了生理性呼吸的三種方式,呼吸與發(fā)聲的物理機制與如何尋找正確的歌唱狀態(tài),指出正確的呼吸方法。 二.呼吸與歌唱的對接：介紹了呼吸的訓練方法及從無聲呼吸練習到有聲呼吸練習再到建立在呼吸支持下的發(fā)聲練習與歌唱,具體闡述了呼吸在這三者之間的過渡。 三.歌唱中的呼吸與運用：論述了如何根據(jù)歌唱的實際要求調(diào)整呼吸,及歌唱中的具體換氣問題。 第二、三部分為本文闡述的重點。
[Abstract]:Breathing is the foundation of singing, singing is a good start, based only a breath, in order to effectively improve the performance of auxiliary sounding songs. From the aesthetic perspective, the sound characteristics of artistic expression is: in the breath can support voice with penetrating and Zhiyuan, persistence, and can make all kinds of the intensity change and color contrast in the process. Practice has proved that a variety of vocal skills training are also on the aesthetic features to implement.
Breathing is invisible, untouchable, rely on feeling to understand, it brings some difficulties to the respiratory training. In the usual training, teachers often use some metaphors, such as "Piano", "candle" and "smell the flowers" surprised "to guide us to find to sing correct breathing, the thoracic and abdominal open at the same time, gas sink Dantian. Then slowly into the vocal exercises in vocal exercises established stable breathing, this feeling naturally into singing, breathing in singing along with solving technical problems.
This article mainly focuses on the transition from the training of breathing skills to the application of breathing in singing, which is divided into three parts:
First, three types of singing breathing and their physiological and psychological mechanisms: the three ways of physiological respiration, the physical mechanism of breathing and vocalization, and how to find the right singing state, and point out the correct breathing method.
Two. Breathing and singing docking: introduced breathing training methods and from silent breathing exercises to vocal breathing exercises, and then to breathing exercises under the support of the voice practice and singing, elaborated on the transition between breathing in the three.
Three. Breathing and application in singing: how to adjust breathing according to the actual requirements of singing and the specific ventilation in singing.
The second, third part is the key point of this article.
