【摘要】：改革開放以來,各級(jí)各類的高職院校為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)了一大批生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)的第一線骨干力量。大學(xué)生素質(zhì)的提高已是關(guān)系到提高全民素質(zhì)的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),而音樂教育作為提升青少年綜合素質(zhì)的重要途徑,已經(jīng)引起了社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。如何對(duì)高職院校公共音樂教育加強(qiáng)改革,使之更加適應(yīng)社會(huì)的需求,高職院校公共音樂教育應(yīng)如何體現(xiàn)“音樂教育不是培養(yǎng)音樂家,而是首先培養(yǎng)人”這一原則,是我們一直思考并要解決的重大課題。在職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的過程中,音樂公共課教學(xué)也取得了一定的進(jìn)展,但也暴露出一些問題。本文采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談等方法,通過對(duì)大興安嶺地區(qū)音樂公共課教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,在統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育中音樂公共課教學(xué)中存在的問題較多:主要是學(xué)生音樂知識(shí)方面基礎(chǔ)較差;沒有意識(shí)到音樂教育對(duì)本專業(yè)的隱性作用;教育觀念的偏差;教學(xué)設(shè)施的缺乏;招生與就業(yè)的困境等等一系列問題。在運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、比較法、案例法等研究手段充分調(diào)查及深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,多角度剖析問題產(chǎn)生的根源,結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的趨勢以及對(duì)人才的需求,探索性的提出了職業(yè)教育中音樂公共課教學(xué)的改革建議,如研究性教學(xué)模式在音樂教學(xué)中的廣泛運(yùn)用;改變課的形式;突出學(xué)生的主體性;加強(qiáng)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐等若干解決問題的措施和方法。并且通過這些措施在音樂教學(xué)過程中實(shí)際運(yùn)用,證明了這些措施在激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高學(xué)生音樂素養(yǎng)和綜合能力上確有效果。但任何一項(xiàng)改革措施都不是解決所有問題的方法,本文意在借此拋磚引玉,希望更多的同行參與到音樂公共課程的研究與探討中來,以求促進(jìn)學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)的全面提高和高職院校音樂教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。全文共分四個(gè)部分。第一部分,音樂公共課教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查;第二部分,對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行討論分析,多角度剖析其成因;第三部分,針對(duì)癥結(jié)提出建議,尋找解決的方法與策略;第四部分,通過實(shí)踐教學(xué)案例檢驗(yàn)解決問題方法措施的效果。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, higher vocational colleges at all levels have cultivated a large number of production and service backbone for the society. The improvement of college students' quality is a strategic task related to the improvement of the quality of the whole people. As an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of young people, music education has attracted the attention of all walks of life. How to strengthen the reform of public music education in higher vocational colleges so as to adapt it to the needs of society, how to embody the principle of "music education is not to train musicians, but to train people first", It is a major issue that we have been pondering and solving. In the process of the development of vocational education, the teaching of music public course has also made some progress, but also exposed some problems. By means of questionnaire and interview, this paper investigates the present situation of music public teaching in Daxinganling area. On the basis of statistical data, it is found that there are many problems in the teaching of music public courses in current vocational education: mainly because students' musical knowledge is poor; Not aware of the hidden role of music education to this major, the deviation of educational concept, the lack of teaching facilities, the difficulties of enrollment and employment, and so on. On the basis of full investigation and in-depth analysis by means of literature, comparative law and case law, the root causes of the problem are analyzed from various angles, combined with the current trend of social development and the demand for talents. The author puts forward some suggestions on the reform of music public course teaching in vocational education, such as the extensive application of research teaching mode in music teaching. Changing the form of class, highlighting students' subjectivity, strengthening artistic practice and other measures and methods to solve the problem. Through the practical application of these measures in the process of music teaching, it is proved that these measures are effective in arousing students' interest in learning and improving their musical literacy and comprehensive ability. However, any reform measure is not the way to solve all the problems. The purpose of this paper is to take this as a starting point and hope that more peers will participate in the research and discussion of the music public curriculum. In order to promote the overall quality of students and the further development of music education in higher vocational colleges. The full text is divided into four parts. The first part, the current situation of music teaching, the second part, to discuss and analyze the current situation, multi-angle analysis of its causes, the third part, to the crux of the proposal, looking for solutions and strategies; The fourth part, through practical teaching cases to test the effectiveness of problem-solving methods and measures.
