【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的逐漸提高,對居住環(huán)境的要求也越來越高。居住小區(qū)的臨街邊界空間是重要的居住小區(qū)附屬公共空間,是居住小區(qū)與城市道路用地之間的過渡地帶,在人們的日常生活中使用頻率很高。良好的邊界空間能方便人們的生活,促進人們的交往,提供休閑、娛樂的場所等,因此,對居住小區(qū)臨街邊界空間進行研究具有重要意義。本文首先對國內(nèi)外的相關理論研究做了闡述,對目前的研究現(xiàn)狀有了一定的了解。從居住小區(qū)臨街邊界空間的相關概念入手,明確研究的范圍,闡述居住小區(qū)臨街邊界空間的特征和歷史演化。運用相關理論,對居住小區(qū)臨街邊界空間的分類、建設影響因素、空間中人們活動的類型及影響因素進行了分析。以鄭州市的居住小區(qū)為研究對象,選取16個具有代表性的小區(qū),根據(jù)邊界空間的特征,將其分為隔離防護式、門市商鋪式、街景一體式三類,并分析其發(fā)展趨勢。按邊界空間的組成,將其分為入口空間、街邊轉(zhuǎn)角空間、人行道拓寬空間、臨街底商空間、簡單隔離型空間五個組成單元,對每個單元的空間結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)境設施、空間中人的活動類型與規(guī)律進行調(diào)查,分析鄭州市居住小區(qū)臨街邊界空間的現(xiàn)狀。同時,對鄭州部分市民進行問卷調(diào)查,分析市民在邊界空間中活動的動力源。根據(jù)調(diào)查的結(jié)果,分析居住小區(qū)臨街邊界空間的設計原則,總結(jié)相關的設計優(yōu)化策略,提出六種邊界空間建設的模式,為今后鄭州市居住小區(qū)臨街邊界空間的建設提供了參考與依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of people's living standard, the requirement of living environment is higher and higher. The borderline space of residential district is an important public space attached to residential district, which is the transition zone between residential district and urban road land. It is used frequently in people's daily life. Good boundary space can facilitate people's life, promote people's communication, provide places for leisure and entertainment, etc. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the borderline space of residential district. In this paper, the related theoretical research at home and abroad has been expounded, and the current research situation has been understood. Starting with the related concepts of the residential district's street boundary space, this paper clarifies the scope of the study, and expounds the characteristics and historical evolution of the residential district's street boundary space. Based on the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the classification, construction factors, the types of people's activities and the influencing factors of the boundary space near the street in the residential area. Taking the residential district of Zhengzhou as the research object, 16 representative residential areas are selected, and according to the characteristics of the boundary space, they are divided into three types: isolated protection type, shop type and streetscape type, and its development trend is analyzed. According to the composition of the boundary space, it is divided into five components: the entrance space, the corner space, the sidewalk widening space, the commercial space near the street, the simple isolated space, the spatial structure of each unit, and the environmental facilities. The types and laws of human activities in space were investigated, and the present situation of borderline space of residential district in Zhengzhou was analyzed. At the same time, some residents in Zhengzhou were investigated by questionnaire to analyze the motive force of their activities in the boundary space. According to the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the design principles of the boundary space near the street in residential areas, summarizes the relevant design optimization strategies, and puts forward six models for the construction of the boundary space. It provides a reference and basis for the construction of street-facing boundary space in Zhengzhou residential district in the future.
