【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、城鎮(zhèn)化速度的加快,村莊居民對(duì)生活各方面的要求也在不斷提高。村莊建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)中所關(guān)注的重要話題之一。山西省作為一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大省,其中多數(shù)人口在農(nóng)村,所以加強(qiáng)山西省村莊建設(shè)工作,積極探索出合理的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略,建設(shè)能滿足傳統(tǒng)文脈的傳承,提升農(nóng)村人居環(huán)境,改善農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)條件,提高廣大農(nóng)村人民的生活質(zhì)量,對(duì)于全面促進(jìn)山西省村莊建設(shè)的發(fā)展,具有十分重要的意義和作用。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)山西省村莊建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)際調(diào)查與分析,總結(jié)出山西省村莊建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀存在的主要問(wèn)題,基于晉商文化和美麗鄉(xiāng)村國(guó)家政策背景下,從規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)角度,結(jié)合規(guī)劃學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)等知識(shí),總結(jié)歸納出山西省村莊建設(shè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的影響因素、原則和方法等,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)村莊建設(shè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中的各個(gè)要素進(jìn)行闡述。因?yàn)樯谏轿?從小就對(duì)晉商文化和晉商精神充滿了敬佩之情,而且對(duì)晉商文化也有更多的了解。本論文依托2014年參與的《山西省晉中市祁縣賈令鎮(zhèn)谷戀村村莊建設(shè)規(guī)劃》的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,該項(xiàng)目谷戀村位于晉商文化圈中,屬于國(guó)家級(jí)歷史文化名村和美麗鄉(xiāng)村。本論文把歸納出的山西省村莊建設(shè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的方法運(yùn)用到谷戀村村莊規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中,并針對(duì)谷戀村的村莊特色,總結(jié)出了谷戀村村莊建設(shè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)與策略等,對(duì)重點(diǎn)的村莊用地、道路系統(tǒng)、景觀綠地系統(tǒng)和風(fēng)貌整治建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)研究。希望可以對(duì)今后的山西村莊規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, urban and rural planning, and the acceleration of urbanization, the demands of village residents on various aspects of life are also increasing. Village construction has become one of the most important topics in urban and rural construction. As a large agricultural province, Shanxi Province has a large population in rural areas, so we should strengthen the village construction in Shanxi Province, actively explore reasonable planning and design strategies to meet the traditional cultural heritage and promote the rural human settlements. It is of great significance and function to improve the conditions of rural production and the quality of life of the rural people for promoting the development of the village construction in Shanxi Province in an all-round way. Based on the actual investigation and analysis of the present situation of village construction in Shanxi Province, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the present situation of village construction in Shanxi Province, based on the culture of Shanxi merchants and the national policy of beautiful villages, from the perspective of planning and design, combining with planning. Based on the knowledge of landscape ecology, this paper sums up the influencing factors, principles and methods of village construction planning and design in Shanxi Province, and focuses on the key elements of village construction planning and design. Born in Shanxi province, he was full of admiration for Shanxi merchants' culture and spirit, and had a better understanding of Shanxi merchants' culture. This paper relies on the actual project of "Village Construction Planning of Guban Village in Jialing Town, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province" in 2014. This project is located in the cultural circle of Jinshang Merchants, and belongs to the famous historic and cultural villages and beautiful villages at the national level. This paper applies the methods of village construction planning and design in Shanxi Province to the village planning and design of Guoman Village, and summarizes the objectives and strategies of the village construction and design of Gufan Village in view of the village characteristics of Guoman Village. The design and research of the key village land, road system, landscape green space system and landscape renovation are carried out. Hope to provide reference and reference for the planning and design of Shanxi villages in the future.
