【摘要】：風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的自然文化景觀資源是人類的無價(jià)之寶,是構(gòu)成風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)特色的重要元素。然而,隨著社會生產(chǎn)力的迅速發(fā)展、社會分工的細(xì)化以及旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的井噴式發(fā)展,風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的發(fā)展步伐也逐漸加快,建設(shè)開發(fā)和資源保護(hù)之間的矛盾不可避免的被激化。本文將普陀山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)分為普濟(jì)寺區(qū)塊、法雨寺區(qū)塊、慧濟(jì)寺區(qū)塊三大區(qū)塊進(jìn)行研究,依據(jù)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分為自然資源、人文資源、開發(fā)管理水平三大方面,運(yùn)用層次分析法、模糊數(shù)學(xué)法對風(fēng)景區(qū)進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)、分析,并針對三大區(qū)塊存在問題以及在未來的建設(shè)管理提出建議。從逐年增加的旅游負(fù)荷與環(huán)境承載能力的矛盾,建設(shè)發(fā)展與資源保護(hù)的矛盾,旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)模式和資源保護(hù)的矛盾這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析并提出相關(guān)建議措施。且如何解決風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)中自然文化景觀資源的保護(hù)和建設(shè)開發(fā)之間的矛盾,是當(dāng)今各風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)都面臨的關(guān)鍵性問題。本文以普陀山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)中的自然文化資源為研究對象,采取了文獻(xiàn)綜合研究、實(shí)地考察研究等方法,得出以下研究結(jié)論：構(gòu)成風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)的自然文化景觀資源主要元素主要有水文地質(zhì)景觀、生物景觀、園林建筑、歷史文化勝跡、信仰文化等；在風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)建設(shè)開發(fā)中應(yīng)遵守整體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)名勝區(qū)特色文化,對景觀風(fēng)貌進(jìn)行控制；在旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和景觀資源具體建設(shè)中嚴(yán)格貫徹整體性原則、獨(dú)特性原則和可持續(xù)性原則,從而滿足風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)建設(shè)開發(fā)和資源保護(hù)協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The natural and cultural landscape resources of scenic spots are the priceless treasure of human beings and the important elements of the characteristics of scenic spots. However, with the rapid development of social productivity, the refinement of social division of labor and the blowout development of tourism economy, the pace of development of scenic spots is gradually accelerated, and the contradiction between construction and development and resource protection is inevitably intensified. In this paper, Putuo Mountain Scenic area is divided into three blocks: Puji Temple, Fayusi and Huiji. According to the evaluation criteria of scenic spot, it can be divided into three aspects: natural resources, human resources and development and management level. The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of scenic spots are carried out by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method, and suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the three major blocks and the construction management in the future. This paper analyzes the contradiction between the increasing tourism load and the carrying capacity of the environment, the contradiction between the construction and development and the protection of resources, and the contradiction between the mode of tourism economic development and the protection of resources. And how to solve the contradiction between the protection of natural and cultural landscape resources and the construction and development of scenic spots is the key problem that all scenic spots are facing. This paper takes the natural and cultural resources in Putuo Mountain Scenic area as the research object, and adopts the methods of comprehensive literature study, field investigation and so on. The following conclusions are drawn: the main elements of natural and cultural landscape resources are hydrogeological landscape, biological landscape, garden architecture, historical and cultural scenic spots, belief culture and so on; In the construction and development of scenic spots, we should abide by the overall planning and design, inherit and carry forward the characteristic culture of scenic spots, and control the landscape features. In the construction of tourism infrastructure and landscape resources, the principles of integrity, uniqueness and sustainability are strictly carried out, so as to meet the needs of the coordinated development of the construction and development of scenic spots and the protection of resources.
