【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息化技術(shù)正滲透到我們的日常生活中,更重要的是,它已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中的各行各業(yè)。當(dāng)前,全球正出現(xiàn)以信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)、智能制造、新能源和新材料為代表的新一輪技術(shù)創(chuàng)新浪潮,我國(guó)也因此開始倡導(dǎo)各行各業(yè)要在兩化融合的背景下進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型。宜興紫砂作為傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,也受到了極大的影響與沖擊。過去的設(shè)計(jì)制作方式局限性很大,設(shè)計(jì)者只能通過傳統(tǒng)手法來進(jìn)行紫砂壺的設(shè)計(jì)制作,而如今通過運(yùn)用高科技信息技術(shù)如三維打印,使得紫砂壺的設(shè)計(jì)和制作更方便、快捷和高效。三維打印在紫砂壺設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,極大地提升了紫砂壺藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的表現(xiàn)力,同時(shí),它開拓了設(shè)計(jì)者的思維,豐富了產(chǎn)品的表現(xiàn)形式,引導(dǎo)了大眾的審美理念,將紫砂壺設(shè)計(jì)帶入了一個(gè)新的高度。所以說,兩化融合是這個(gè)時(shí)代進(jìn)步的必然結(jié)果,是工業(yè)化和信息化融合的前進(jìn)方向,是調(diào)整紫砂壺設(shè)計(jì)思維、轉(zhuǎn)變紫砂壺設(shè)計(jì)制作模式的必然要求。本文將紫砂壺設(shè)計(jì)制作結(jié)合當(dāng)下兩化融合的背景,以理論研究指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),應(yīng)用當(dāng)前火熱的三維打印技術(shù),探討在信息化社會(huì)中紫砂壺設(shè)計(jì)制作的傳統(tǒng)模式將如何改變和應(yīng)對(duì)以適應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,并研判高科技環(huán)境下紫砂壺設(shè)計(jì)制作的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),這對(duì)宜興紫砂這樣一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),將是一種大膽的創(chuàng)新與革命性的突破。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the information technology represented by the Internet is permeating into our daily life, more importantly, it has entered into various industries in the process of industrialization. At present, a new wave of technological innovation, represented by information network, intelligent manufacturing, new energy and new materials, is emerging in the world. Therefore, China has begun to advocate the transformation of various industries under the background of the integration of the two industries. Yixing Zisha, as one of the traditional industries, has also been greatly affected and impacted. In the past, the design and production methods were very limited. Designers could only design and manufacture purple sand pots through traditional methods. Now, by using high-tech information technology such as three-dimensional printing, the design and manufacture of purple sand pots are more convenient. Fast and efficient. The wide application of 3D printing in the field of purple sand pot design has greatly enhanced the expressiveness of the artistic design of purple sand pot. At the same time, it has opened up the designer's thinking, enriched the form of expression of the product, and guided the aesthetic concept of the public. The design of the purple sand pot was taken to a new height. Therefore, the integration of the two systems is the inevitable result of the progress of the times, the forward direction of the integration of industrialization and information, the inevitable requirement of adjusting the design thinking of the purple sand pot and changing the design and production mode of the purple sand pot. In this paper, the design and manufacture of purple sand pot is combined with the background of the current fusion of the two processes, and the practical activities are guided by theoretical research, and the current hot 3D printing technology is applied. This paper discusses how the traditional mode of purple sand pot design and manufacture will be changed and adapted to the development of the times in the information society, and studies the development trend of the purple sand pot design and manufacture in the high-tech environment, which is a traditional industry of Yixing purple sand. It will be a bold innovation and revolutionary breakthrough.
