南京竹鎮(zhèn)六合園創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)是具有減少環(huán)境污染,保證食品安全,具備一定規(guī)模性的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。近年來,越來越多的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)認(rèn)識到單一的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)不足以支撐園區(qū)的快速發(fā)展,紛紛涉足休閑農(nóng)業(yè)及鄉(xiāng)村旅游市場。但是,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),近幾年農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行旅游開發(fā)大多都采用程式化的單一觀光園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),同質(zhì)化非常嚴(yán)重。園區(qū)的景觀沒有與眾不同的特色,產(chǎn)品單一而缺乏市場競爭力,缺乏具有唯一性壟斷性以及不可替代性的品牌形象。總結(jié)起來,當(dāng)下的農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)旅游開發(fā)存在一定的誤區(qū)與不足,大都沒能抓住創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)旅游開發(fā)的核心靈魂所在:文化主題挖掘。本文通過研究和分析農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)創(chuàng)意休閑旅游開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀,探討了如何進(jìn)行文化主題形象挖掘的創(chuàng)意理論和概念、并以南京竹鎮(zhèn)中華六合園現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)項(xiàng)目作為實(shí)際案例,論述了創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游開發(fā)理論在實(shí)際案例中的應(yīng)用。文章主要分為四大部分。第一部分為概述部分。首先對論文的選題背景及研究意義做出分析和闡述,從政策大環(huán)境分析了農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)旅游開發(fā)的形勢。然后對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)、鄉(xiāng)村旅游等方面做出的研究和理論進(jìn)行了分析和綜述,并且探討了目前農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)旅游開發(fā)存在的誤區(qū)及問題。第二部分是理論研究部分,首先梳理了產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)融合理論及體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)兩大核心開發(fā)理論。然后明析了當(dāng)代旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)的核心內(nèi)容,對以農(nóng)業(yè)為資源的旅游開發(fā)主題進(jìn)行了辨析。最后從品牌,主題,市場,消費(fèi)以及文化五個(gè)方面論述了農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)休閑旅游開發(fā)的具體理論。在第三部分中,根據(jù)對南京竹鎮(zhèn)項(xiàng)目園區(qū)的考查和了解,詳細(xì)探討了園區(qū)目前的發(fā)展開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,分析了項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的核心優(yōu)勢,并對園區(qū)所面對的核心市場進(jìn)行了分析。然后根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀分析,總結(jié)了園區(qū)開發(fā)可能遇到的瓶頸和挑戰(zhàn),為下一步的挖掘與解決打下基礎(chǔ)。第四部分最后,以核心創(chuàng)意為重中之重,討論園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)的優(yōu)勢所在,特別是核心文化的挖掘與理解。并且在核心理論的指導(dǎo)之下,根據(jù)分析得出的瓶頸與挑戰(zhàn),進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新性的文化創(chuàng)意開發(fā)。最后通過對項(xiàng)目的分區(qū)布局,重點(diǎn)核心項(xiàng)目與產(chǎn)品,以及園區(qū)運(yùn)作模式的闡述較為系統(tǒng)的展現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)意開發(fā)理念在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中的指導(dǎo)作用。最后,總結(jié)了對農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)意休閑旅游開發(fā)的研究成果和不足,作為本論文結(jié)論,指出改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:Agricultural park is an agricultural production system which can reduce environmental pollution, ensure food safety and have a certain scale. In recent years, more and more agricultural industrial parks realize that a single agricultural industry is not enough to support the rapid development of the park, and have set foot in leisure agriculture and rural tourism market. However, it is not difficult to find that the tourism development of agricultural parks in recent years mostly adopts a single tourist garden planning and design, and the homogeneity is very serious. The landscape of the park has no distinctive features, single product and lack of market competitiveness, lack of unique monopoly and irreplaceable brand image. To sum up, there are some misunderstandings and deficiencies in the tourism development of the current agricultural park, and most of them fail to grasp the core soul of the tourism development of the creative agricultural industry park: cultural theme mining. Based on the research and analysis of the present situation of the development of creative leisure tourism in the agricultural park, this paper discusses the creative theory and concept of how to excavate the image of the cultural theme, and takes the modern agricultural development zone project of Zhonghua Liuhe Garden in Nanjing Zhuzhen as a practical case. This paper discusses the application of creative agriculture leisure tourism development theory in practical cases. The article is divided into four parts. The first part is an overview. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are analyzed and expounded, and the situation of tourism development in agricultural park is analyzed from the policy environment. Then it analyzes and summarizes the research and theory of creative agriculture and rural tourism at home and abroad, and probes into the misunderstandings and problems existing in the tourism development of agricultural parks at present. The second part is the theoretical research part, first combing the industrial economic convergence theory and the experience economics two core development theories. Then it analyzes the core content of the contemporary tourism industry development, and distinguishes the theme of tourism development with agriculture as the resource. Finally, the author discusses the theory of creative agricultural leisure tourism development in agricultural parks from five aspects: brand, theme, market, consumption and culture. In the third part, according to the investigation and understanding of Nanjing Zhuzhen Project Park, this paper discusses in detail the present development and development situation of the park, analyzes the core advantages of the project development, and analyzes the core market that the park faces. Then, according to the analysis of the present situation, the paper summarizes the bottlenecks and challenges that may be encountered in the development of the park, and lays a foundation for the next step of mining and solving. At the end of the fourth part, the author discusses the advantages of industrial development of the park, especially the excavation and understanding of the core culture. And under the guidance of the core theory, according to the bottleneck and challenge, the creative development of culture is carried out. Finally, through the project layout, key core projects and products, as well as the operation model of the park more systematically show the guiding role of creative development ideas in the actual projects. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results and shortcomings of creative leisure tourism development in agricultural parks, as the conclusion of this paper, pointed out the direction of improvement.
