【摘要】：觀光果園作為我國(guó)新興的一種朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),它將農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)有機(jī)結(jié)合,已取得了較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、生態(tài)效益和社會(huì)效益。觀光果園在調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、增加農(nóng)民收入、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)物質(zhì)文明和精神文明建設(shè),以及增加就業(yè)并且?guī)?dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面中具有重要作用。當(dāng)前在建設(shè)美麗中國(guó)的進(jìn)程中,如何發(fā)揮觀光果園的優(yōu)勢(shì),將其科學(xué)合理的應(yīng)用到美好鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)中,將對(duì)我國(guó)的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)具有重要的意義。本論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外觀光果園相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)安徽省馬鞍山市當(dāng)涂縣萬(wàn)山村的基礎(chǔ)條件和各種資源進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)查及分析,以便在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中更好地綜合利用這些要素。在確立了觀光果園的總體建設(shè)目標(biāo)之后,圍繞目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)了萬(wàn)山村觀光果園建設(shè)的具體方案,包括萬(wàn)山村觀光果園功能區(qū)的劃分、平面布局設(shè)計(jì)、效果圖的繪制、旅游產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)規(guī)劃、園區(qū)景觀系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃等。此外,對(duì)觀光果園樹(shù)種與品種的合理安排、園區(qū)景點(diǎn)設(shè)置、園林綠化規(guī)劃等進(jìn)了詳實(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)。另外,課題分析了萬(wàn)山村觀光果園的客源市場(chǎng),策劃了萬(wàn)山村觀光果園的旅游形象,并就萬(wàn)山村觀光果園的項(xiàng)目組織與管理、投資估算及效益評(píng)價(jià)等進(jìn)行研究分析,為馬鞍山市當(dāng)涂縣及其周邊地區(qū)果樹(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園建設(shè)提供借鑒和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a rising industry in China, sightseeing orchard combines agriculture with tourism, which has achieved good economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits. The sightseeing orchard is adjusting agricultural structure, increasing farmers' income, improving the ecological environment, promoting the construction of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and increasing employment and driving the correlation. In the process of industrial development, in the process of building a beautiful China, how to give full play to the advantages of the sightseeing orchard and apply it scientifically and rationally to the construction of a beautiful countryside will be of great significance to the construction of the new countryside in our country. The basic conditions and various resources of the Wanshan village of Dang Tu County, Ma'anshan, Huizhou City, were investigated and analyzed in order to make use of these elements in the planning and design. After establishing the overall construction target of the sightseeing orchard, the concrete plans for the construction of sightseeing orchard in Wanshan village were designed around the target, including the Wanshan village sightseeing orchard. The division of the functional areas, the layout of the layout, the drawing of the effect map, the design of tourism products, the planning of the ecological environment protection, the planning of the landscape system of the park, etc.. In addition, the rational arrangement of the trees and varieties of the sightseeing orchard, the setting of the scenic spots in the park, the planning of garden greening and so on. In addition, the subject analyses the tourist city of the sightseeing orchard of the Wan Shan village. On the field, the tourist image of the sightseeing orchard of Wan Shan village was planned, and the project organization and management, investment estimation and benefit evaluation of the sightseeing orchard of Wan Shan village were studied and analyzed to provide reference and basis for the development of fruit tree industry and the construction of agricultural sightseeing garden in Dang Tu County and its surrounding areas in Ma'anshan.
