【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的同時,城鎮(zhèn)化進程的速度也在逐步加快,城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模迅速膨脹,城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的矛盾也日益加劇。在當前生態(tài)污染嚴重,自然資源緊缺的情況下,隨著對于城市綠地系統(tǒng)功能認識的提高,城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃越來越得到重視,以改善城市生態(tài)為目標的城市綠地建設在我國各地逐漸展開。本文對生態(tài)基礎設施的概念內(nèi)涵以及其在城市規(guī)劃和城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃中的作用進行了相關闡述,在國內(nèi)外理論研究及建設實踐的基礎上,總結了我國城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃及建設的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,得出基于生態(tài)基礎設施研究的城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方法。以安徽省黃山市為例,從生態(tài)基礎設施角度出發(fā),首先對黃山市進行兩個層面(市域?qū)用婕俺鞘幸?guī)劃區(qū)層面)的生態(tài)基礎設施分析,根據(jù)分析得到黃山市和中心城區(qū)的生態(tài)敏感性評價,根據(jù)其空間分布即可得出生態(tài)敏感性低、中、高三種區(qū)域,分別對應一般性開發(fā)區(qū)域、可適當開發(fā)區(qū)域以及嚴格保護區(qū)域,即得出黃山市生態(tài)格局,在此基礎上來探究黃山市綠地開發(fā)與生態(tài)平衡的微妙關系,從而進一步為城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃提供科學指導,得出黃山市市域及中心城區(qū)綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃結構及布局。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the speed of urbanization is speeding up, the scale of town is expanding rapidly, and the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment is becoming more and more serious. With the serious ecological pollution and the shortage of natural resources, with the improvement of the function of urban green space system, more and more attention has been paid to the planning of urban green space system. Urban green space construction, which aims at improving urban ecology, is gradually carried out in various parts of China. In this paper, the concept connotation of ecological infrastructure and its role in urban planning and urban green space system planning are expounded, based on the theoretical research and construction practice at home and abroad. The present situation and existing problems of urban green space system planning and construction in China are summarized, and the urban green space system planning method based on ecological infrastructure research is obtained. Taking Huangshan City, Anhui Province as an example, from the perspective of ecological infrastructure, this paper first analyzes the ecological infrastructure of Huangshan City at two levels (city level and urban planning area level). According to the analysis, the ecological sensitivity evaluation of Huangshan City and the central urban area can be obtained. According to its spatial distribution, it can be concluded that the three regions of low ecological sensitivity, middle and high, respectively, correspond to the general development area, the appropriate development area and the strictly protected area. That is to say, the ecological pattern of Huangshan City is obtained, on the basis of which the subtle relationship between green space development and ecological balance in Huangshan City is explored, so as to provide scientific guidance for the planning of urban green space system. The planning structure and layout of green space system in Huangshan city and central urban area are obtained.
