【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)末以來(lái),隨著老齡化進(jìn)程日益加快的背景下,我國(guó)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題逐漸凸顯。現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)雖有大量的社會(huì)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)興起,但是多數(shù)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)在文化娛樂(lè)、精神慰藉等人文關(guān)懷方面提供的服務(wù)相對(duì)欠缺,容易使老年人的身心健康受到負(fù)面影響。伴隨城市食物運(yùn)動(dòng)的興起,城市農(nóng)業(yè)不斷棲身城市空間,并相繼引導(dǎo)多種建筑與農(nóng)業(yè)共生的理論與實(shí)踐研究。本文針對(duì)于現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)老年公寓的普遍存在問(wèn)題,在城市農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)多重功能效益引導(dǎo)下,同時(shí)結(jié)合老年人的生理、心理和行為特征,為老年公寓重新塑造有農(nóng)的養(yǎng)老空間場(chǎng)所,進(jìn)而達(dá)到改善老年公寓生活環(huán)境,提高老年人生活質(zhì)量的目的。本文通過(guò)對(duì)老年公寓調(diào)研、相關(guān)理論研究,初步提出了整合城市農(nóng)業(yè)的健康型老年公寓設(shè)計(jì)理念。論文著重研究和解決老年公寓設(shè)計(jì)如何整合城市農(nóng)業(yè),以及現(xiàn)有的城市農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)應(yīng)用問(wèn)題,從社區(qū)規(guī)劃、建筑單體、技術(shù)支持三個(gè)層面為有農(nóng)老年公寓設(shè)計(jì)提供了一些切實(shí)可行的空間優(yōu)化策略和技術(shù)控制要素。全文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為緒論,主要闡述了課題的研究背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)、研究?jī)?nèi)容與目的、研究框架與方法。第二章主要通過(guò)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究及實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析探討城市農(nóng)業(yè)與老年公寓整合設(shè)計(jì)的必要性與研究?jī)r(jià)值。第三章對(duì)老年公寓社區(qū)層面整合城市農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)研究,分別針對(duì)于社區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)空間構(gòu)建、運(yùn)作模式及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理提出相應(yīng)的策略與建議。第四章對(duì)融合農(nóng)業(yè)理念的建筑空間優(yōu)化策略及相關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)支持進(jìn)行研究。第五章為結(jié)語(yǔ)部分,總結(jié)論文的主要研究工作和結(jié)論,提出了論文研究中尚未解決的問(wèn)題及進(jìn)一步深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the last century, with the acceleration of the aging process, the social pension problem in China has become increasingly prominent. Although there are a large number of social pension institutions rising in our country at present, most pension institutions provide relatively inadequate services in cultural entertainment, spiritual comfort and other aspects of humanistic care, which can easily affect the physical and mental health of the elderly. With the rise of urban food movement, urban agriculture lives in urban space, and leads the theory and practice research of symbiosis between architecture and agriculture one after another. This paper aims at the existing problems of the apartment for the elderly in our country at present, under the guidance of the multiple functions of urban agriculture production, living and ecology, and combining the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly at the same time, In order to improve the living environment and improve the quality of life of the elderly apartment, the elderly apartment should be remade into the space of providing for the aged with agriculture. Based on the investigation of the apartment for the aged and the related theoretical research, this paper puts forward the design idea of the healthy apartment for the aged integrating urban agriculture. This paper focuses on how to integrate urban agriculture with the design of apartment for the elderly, and how to apply the existing urban agricultural technology from community planning, building monomer, The three levels of technical support provide some feasible spatial optimization strategies and technical control elements for the design of the aged-age apartment with agriculture. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly expounds the research background, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the development trend, the research content and the goal, the research frame and the method. The second chapter mainly through the related basic research and the field investigation, analyzes and discusses the city agriculture and the old age apartment conformity design necessity and the research value. The third chapter studies the integration of urban agricultural design at the community level of the elderly apartment, and puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions for the construction, operation mode and management of the community agricultural space. The fourth chapter studies the optimization strategy of building space and related agricultural technology support. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, summarizes the main research work and the conclusion, has proposed the unsolved question in the thesis research and the further research direction.
