道路綠化樹木養(yǎng)護多功能機設計及主體結構仿真研究

【摘要】:隨著城鎮(zhèn)道路建設面積不斷增加,道路綠化樹木成為城鎮(zhèn)道路綠化建設重要組成部分和城市文明的重要標志,它能夠改善城鎮(zhèn)氣候、組織城鎮(zhèn)交通、改善環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、保護生態(tài)環(huán)境、豐富城鎮(zhèn)藝術形象。但是樹木生長繁茂,容易受到病蟲害的影響,所以需要定期進行修剪、澆水、病蟲害防治和剩余物處理等養(yǎng)護。道路綠化樹木養(yǎng)護是一項系統(tǒng)工作,以往依靠手工完成,工作困難、勞動強度大、安全性低、機械化程度低。本文針對傳統(tǒng)道路綠化樹木養(yǎng)護困難、修剪剩余物不能及時有效回收利用造成資源浪費等問題,設計一種集修剪、削片、噴霧等多功能為一體的道路綠化樹木養(yǎng)護多功能機,主要由汽車底盤、修剪系統(tǒng)、噴霧系統(tǒng)、削片系統(tǒng)等組成。通過對現(xiàn)有機型、設備及各工作裝置工作原理的研究,對六自由度修剪系統(tǒng)結構、噴霧裝置結構和液壓系統(tǒng)進行設計,對削片機進行選型,采用汽車底盤發(fā)動機作為動力源,合理分配動力傳動,完成修剪、削片、噴霧、行走等工作。運用SolidWorks軟件對整機進行建模和干涉檢查;對修剪系統(tǒng)進行運動學、動力學分析,對整機進行側翻穩(wěn)定性分析;運用ADAMS軟件對主體結構修剪系統(tǒng)進行ADAMS仿真分析,模擬修剪系統(tǒng)運動情況,得到各個關節(jié)的角度、角速度、角加速度、力和力矩的變化曲線、以及修剪刀具位置關系,結果分析表明設計達到要求,為結構設計改進提供指導;運用ANSYS軟件對修剪系統(tǒng)和車架進行靜力學與模態(tài)分析,得到應力、應變及模態(tài)振型云圖,比較分析數據,修剪系統(tǒng)和車架的強度和剛度符合設計要求,且工作過程中不會發(fā)生共振現(xiàn)象。同時,道路綠化樹木養(yǎng)護多功能機功能齊全,機械化程度高,具有很高的實際利用意義和經濟效益。
[Abstract]:With the increasing area of urban road construction, road greening trees become an important part of urban road greening construction and an important symbol of urban civilization. It can improve urban climate, organize urban traffic, improve environmental hygiene. To protect the ecological environment and enrich the artistic image of towns. But trees grow luxuriantly and are susceptible to pests and diseases, so they need regular pruning, watering, pest control and residue treatment. The maintenance of road greening trees is a systematic work. In the past, it was done by hand, so it was difficult to work, the intensity of labor was high, the security was low, and the degree of mechanization was low. Aiming at the problems of difficult maintenance of traditional road greening trees and the waste of resources caused by the timely and effective recovery and utilization of pruning residues, a multifunctional maintenance machine for road greening trees is designed, which integrates pruning, slicing, spraying and so on. Mainly consists of automobile chassis, pruning system, spray system, cutting system and so on. Based on the study of the working principle of the existing models, equipments and working devices, the structure of the six-degree-of-freedom pruning system, the structure of the spray device and the hydraulic system are designed. The chippers are selected and the automobile chassis engine is used as the power source. Reasonable distribution of power transmission, complete pruning, cutting, spray, walking and so on. SolidWorks software is used to model the whole machine and interference check, kinematics and dynamics analysis to the pruning system, and roll stability analysis to the whole machine. ADAMS simulation analysis of the main structure pruning system is carried out by using ADAMS software. The angle, angular velocity, angular acceleration, force and torque of each joint are obtained by simulating the motion of the pruning system. The results show that the design meets the requirements and provides guidance for the improvement of the structure design. The static and modal analysis of the pruning system and frame is carried out by using ANSYS software, and the stress, strain and modal vibration pattern are obtained. The comparative analysis data show that the strength and stiffness of the pruning system and frame meet the design requirements. And the resonance will not occur in the working process. At the same time, the multifunctional maintenance machine for road greening trees has complete functions and high degree of mechanization, which has high practical significance and economic benefit.
