【摘要】：我國正處于城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展轉型的關鍵時期,研究城鎮(zhèn)用地的擴展規(guī)律與驅動機制,可以為科學制定城市規(guī)劃、土地規(guī)劃以及各項用地政策,引導城市土地合理利用與布局提供一定的參考。本文以江蘇省作為研究區(qū)域,對解決經濟發(fā)達地區(qū)的用地問題具有一定的指導意義。以江蘇省1997-2013年地籍調查成果為城鎮(zhèn)用地規(guī)模擴張數據源,以1995年、2000年、2005年和2010年4個時期TM影像解譯的矢量數據為城鎮(zhèn)用地空間擴張數據源,綜合運用景觀格局指數、回歸分析等方法模型,分析了江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張的時序特征及其空間形態(tài)演變過程,揭示了其地域差異規(guī)律,并在此基礎上分別從數量和空間形態(tài)的角度劃分了城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張的不同類型,研究了不同城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張類型的主要驅動力。本文主要研究成果如下:(1)分析了 1997-2013年間江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張的時序演變特征。江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)建設用地規(guī)�？傮w呈現不斷增長的趨勢,而各時期的擴張態(tài)勢又有所不同。城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張速率呈先上升后下降的趨勢,整體擴張速度較快,擴張強度呈隨時間不斷提高的趨勢,且區(qū)域差異較為明顯。(2)從擴張的空間形態(tài)上來看,1995-2010年江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)用地破碎程度不斷增加,斑塊形狀復雜性程度較高,城鎮(zhèn)建設用地布局不規(guī)則,需加強用地控制。平均斑塊面積呈現上升趨勢,分散指數不斷減小,城鎮(zhèn)用地趨于集中。江蘇省13個地級市城鎮(zhèn)用地的空間擴張類型均為外延型,但各城市的擴張方向有所不同。利用象限法對外延型城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張形態(tài)進行進一步劃分,將其分為單向外延擴張、雙向外延擴張、三向外延擴張和四向外延擴張。單向擴張的城市主要位于江蘇省界周邊,雙向擴張縣市在邊緣和中心均有分布,三向擴張縣市主要位于蘇南地區(qū)。(3)經濟、社會因素是影響城鎮(zhèn)用地規(guī)模擴張的主要驅動因素。對1997-2013年各社會經濟因子與江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)用地面積進行線性回歸,結果表明財政收入對江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)用地規(guī)模擴張的影響程度最高,江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)用地規(guī)模增長主要受到經濟發(fā)展因素的驅動,人口和勞動力因素的影響次之。選取無錫市、泰州市和徐州市作為典型城市分析其規(guī)模擴張驅動力,結果表明擴張速率越高、擴張規(guī)模越大的城市,社會經濟因素對城鎮(zhèn)用地規(guī)模擴張的影響作用越強。(4)城鎮(zhèn)用地的空間擴張驅動力包括自然、社會、經濟、區(qū)位因素。選取23個空間驅動因子,通過逐步多元回歸,發(fā)現象限內原城鎮(zhèn)用地面積、國家高速公路干線長度、鐵路干線長度、到國家高速公路距離、距國道距離等指標對象限內城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張面積影響較大,而二三產業(yè)增加值、全社會固定資產投資額、城鎮(zhèn)人口、水域用地面積等對城鎮(zhèn)用地擴張面積影響較小。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the key period of urbanization development transition. Studying the law and driving mechanism of urban land expansion can make urban planning, land planning and various land use policies scientifically. Guide the rational use and layout of urban land to provide certain reference. This paper takes Jiangsu Province as the research area, which has certain guiding significance to solve the problem of land use in economically developed areas. Based on the results of urban land scale expansion from 1997 to 2013 in Jiangsu Province, the vector data interpreted by TM images in 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010 were used as data sources for spatial expansion of urban land, and the landscape pattern index was used synthetically. Based on regression analysis and other methods, this paper analyzes the temporal characteristics of urban land expansion in Jiangsu Province and the evolution process of its spatial form, and reveals the law of regional difference. On this basis, the different types of urban land expansion are divided from the angle of quantity and spatial form, and the main driving forces of different urban land expansion types are studied. The main results of this paper are as follows: (1) the temporal evolution of urban land expansion in Jiangsu Province from 1997 to 2013 is analyzed. The scale of urban construction land in Jiangsu Province is increasing, and the expansion trend is different in different periods. The expansion rate of urban land increased first and then decreased. The overall expansion rate was faster, and the expansion intensity was increasing with time. The regional difference is obvious. (2) from the view of expanding spatial form, the degree of fragmentation of urban land in Jiangsu Province from 1995 to 2010 is increasing, the complexity of patch shape is higher, and the layout of urban construction land is irregular, so it is necessary to strengthen land use control. The average patch area showed an upward trend, the dispersion index decreased, and the urban land tended to be concentrated. The spatial expansion types of urban land in 13 prefectural cities of Jiangsu Province are all epitaxial, but the expansion direction of each city is different. By using the quadrant method, the extension of urban land is further divided into three types: unidirectional extension, bidirectional extension, three-direction extension and four-direction extension. The unidirectional expansion of the city is mainly located around the boundary of Jiangsu Province, the bi-directional expansion of the county and city in the edge and center of the distribution, the three-way expansion of the county is mainly located in the south of Jiangsu Province, the economic), social factors are the main driving factors affecting the scale of urban land expansion. The linear regression between the social and economic factors and the area of urban land use in Jiangsu Province from 1997 to 2013 shows that the financial revenue has the highest influence on the scale expansion of urban land use in Jiangsu Province. Urban land use scale growth in Jiangsu Province is mainly driven by economic development factors, followed by population and labor factors. Wuxi City, Taizhou City and Xuzhou City are selected as typical cities to analyze the driving force of scale expansion. The results show that the higher the expansion rate, the larger the scale of the cities, The influence of social and economic factors on urban land scale expansion is stronger. (4) the spatial expansion driving force of urban land use includes natural, social, economic and location factors. Selecting 23 spatial driving factors, through stepwise multivariate regression, we found that the original urban land area in quadrant, the length of national highway trunk line, the length of railway trunk line, the distance to the national expressway, The distance from the national highway has a great influence on the area of urban land expansion, while the added value of the secondary and tertiary industries, the investment in fixed assets of the whole society, the urban population and the area of water land use have little effect on the expansion area of urban land use.
