【摘要】：人類的發(fā)展促使越來(lái)越多的人將居住在城市,而不是在農(nóng)村,世界城市化水平將越來(lái)越高,這使維持生態(tài)平衡和協(xié)調(diào)人類與自然之間的關(guān)系越來(lái)越迫切,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,城市熱島效應(yīng)和缺乏綠化空間等問(wèn)題日益凸顯。一些城市正在努力通過(guò)完善城市綠地,促進(jìn)城市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展來(lái)提高城市的可持續(xù)性。通過(guò)在城市中建造屋頂農(nóng)業(yè),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)城市建筑的綠色環(huán)境,有助于緩解環(huán)境問(wèn)題,加強(qiáng)城市功能并發(fā)展城市糧食系統(tǒng)。我國(guó)自古以來(lái)被稱為是"農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)",不僅因?yàn)閾碛杏凭玫霓r(nóng)耕文明和眾多的農(nóng)業(yè)人口,還擁有廣闊的耕地面積。但近年來(lái),隨著工業(yè)化水平的全面提高、城鎮(zhèn)化水平的穩(wěn)步增強(qiáng),城市的迅速擴(kuò)張導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)耕用地的不斷消失,農(nóng)業(yè)人口正在快速向城市遷移,城鎮(zhèn)目前繼續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的人口將導(dǎo)致持續(xù)上升的食品需求,而在食品需求快速增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),國(guó)內(nèi)的食品供給卻很難跟上需求的步伐。城市屋頂農(nóng)作物景觀是基于都市農(nóng)業(yè)和屋頂綠化的一種以農(nóng)作物營(yíng)造景觀的形式,它作為促進(jìn)城市生態(tài)景觀可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一種有效方法,受到國(guó)際社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。城市屋頂農(nóng)作物景觀能夠滿足城市建筑屋頂?shù)木G化要求,改善城市的生態(tài)環(huán)境,提高城市的資源效用,豐富城市居民的精神世界,滿足城市居民渴望自然、渴望農(nóng)耕文明,遠(yuǎn)離城市喧囂的心理訴求。對(duì)都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程、城市屋頂綠化發(fā)展歷程和城市屋頂農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)現(xiàn)代城市屋頂農(nóng)作物造景的基本理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外典型案例進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)城市屋頂農(nóng)作物造景的相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐。使用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集和分析公眾對(duì)屋頂農(nóng)作物造景了解程度的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),基于分析結(jié)果和文獻(xiàn)的查閱,提出屋頂農(nóng)作物造景的評(píng)價(jià)因子,通過(guò)美景度評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行分析,得出影響屋頂農(nóng)作物造景美觀程度的顯著因子,建立景觀預(yù)測(cè)模型。進(jìn)行屋頂農(nóng)作物樣品實(shí)驗(yàn),分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,結(jié)合理論研究、案例研究、實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和景觀預(yù)測(cè)模型,進(jìn)行屋頂農(nóng)作物造景設(shè)計(jì),提出對(duì)城市屋頂農(nóng)作物景觀發(fā)展的思考,以期為構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的屋頂農(nóng)作物景觀提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the process of increasing the number of people living in cities rather than in rural areas and increasing levels of urbanization in the world as a result of human development, it is becoming increasingly urgent to maintain ecological balance and to harmonize the relationship between human beings and nature. Urban heat island effect and lack of green space and other problems are increasingly prominent. Some cities are trying to improve urban sustainability by improving urban green space and promoting urban agricultural development. By building roof agriculture in cities, the green environment of urban buildings can be realized, which can help to alleviate environmental problems, strengthen urban functions and develop urban food systems. Since ancient times, China has been called a "big agricultural country", not only because of its long agricultural civilization and a large number of agricultural population, but also because of its vast area of cultivated land. However, in recent years, with the overall improvement of industrialization and the steady enhancement of urbanization, the rapid expansion of cities has led to the disappearance of agricultural land, and the rapid migration of agricultural population to cities. The growing population in cities and towns will lead to rising demand for food, while domestic food supplies are struggling to keep pace with demand. As an effective method to promote the sustainable development of urban ecological landscape, urban roof crop landscape is based on urban agriculture and roof greening, which is widely concerned by the international community. The crop landscape of city roof can satisfy the greening requirement of urban building roof, improve the ecological environment of city, improve the utility of city resources, enrich the spiritual world of city residents, satisfy the desire of city residents for nature and farming civilization. The psychological appeal to stay away from the noise of the city. The development course of urban agriculture, the development course of urban roof greening and the development course of urban roof agriculture are combed out, and the basic theory of modern urban roof crop landscape and typical cases at home and abroad are studied. Summarize the related theory and practice of urban roof crops. Using the questionnaire to collect and analyze the relevant data of the public understanding of the roof crop landscape, based on the analysis results and literature review, the evaluation factors of the roof crop landscape are put forward, and the beauty degree evaluation method is used to analyze them. The significant factors influencing the aesthetic degree of roof crops were obtained, and the landscape prediction model was established. The experiment of roof crop sample was carried out, the result of experiment was analyzed, and combined with theoretical research, case study, experiment experience and landscape prediction model, the design of roof crop landscape was carried out, and the thinking on the development of urban roof crop landscape was put forward. In order to build sustainable development of roof crops landscape to provide scientific basis.
