【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、人口的增長,城市化的進(jìn)程,歷史街區(qū)及其周邊的環(huán)境正受到越來越多的破壞,對歷史建筑和歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù),乃至整個(gè)歷史城市的更新與規(guī)劃成了當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展的熱門問題。針對城市快速發(fā)展過程中歷史文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)面臨的復(fù)雜性、不確定性和動(dòng)態(tài)性的問題,將GIS技術(shù)應(yīng)用于歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中,形成基于GIS技術(shù)歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)方法,提高歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的科學(xué)性和技術(shù)性,使保護(hù)規(guī)劃具有較強(qiáng)的可操作性和實(shí)施性。首先,本文通過對國內(nèi)外歷史街區(qū)研究的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,對目前歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,將GIS技術(shù)引入到歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新規(guī)劃中。其次,介紹了歷史建筑的基本概念和對其保護(hù)的原則與利用方式;介紹了歷史街區(qū)的概念,對歷史街區(qū)的特征、劃定范圍和在保護(hù)與更新方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述;介紹了GIS技術(shù)的相關(guān)理論、基本功能和發(fā)展概況以及在國內(nèi)城市規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐,為后續(xù)章節(jié)GIS技術(shù)在歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)、更新與規(guī)劃中提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第三,通過對研究區(qū)內(nèi)的街區(qū)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,概括了街區(qū)特點(diǎn)、分析街區(qū)存在的問題以及對街區(qū)保護(hù)價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析。構(gòu)造建筑價(jià)值綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,采用層次分析法和多因素疊加分析,計(jì)算出街區(qū)內(nèi)建筑價(jià)值的綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。為后面的更新與規(guī)劃提供量化、客觀的參考依據(jù)。最后,根據(jù)街區(qū)內(nèi)建筑價(jià)值的綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出對街區(qū)建筑保護(hù)與更新的策略,基于傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的設(shè)計(jì)原則,從土地規(guī)劃、交通系統(tǒng)、環(huán)境景觀、文化旅游和建筑高度五個(gè)方面對整個(gè)歷史街區(qū)進(jìn)行保護(hù)與更新規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the growth of population, the process of urbanization, the environment of historic block and its surrounding area is being destroyed more and more. The renewal and planning of the whole historical city has become a hot issue in the social development. In view of the complexity, uncertainty and dynamics of the protection of historical and cultural heritage in the process of rapid urban development, the GIS technology is applied to the protection planning and design of historical and cultural blocks. In order to improve the science and technology of the protection planning of historical and cultural blocks, the conservation planning method based on GIS technology is formed, which makes the protection planning more operable and practical. Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the protection and renewal of historic blocks by investigating the current situation of the research on historical blocks at home and abroad, and introduces the GIS technology into the planning of protection and renewal of historical blocks. Secondly, it introduces the basic concepts of historical buildings, the principles and utilization of their protection, the concept of historical blocks, the characteristics of historical blocks, the delineation scope and the contents of protection and renewal. This paper introduces the related theories, basic functions and development of GIS technology and its application in the field of urban planning in China. It provides a theoretical basis for the following chapters on the protection, renewal and planning of historic blocks. Thirdly, through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the blocks in the study area, the characteristics of the blocks are summarized, the problems existing in the blocks are analyzed and the value of the protection of the blocks is analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation system of building value is constructed, and the comprehensive evaluation results of building value in the block are calculated by using AHP and multi-factor superposition analysis. Provide the quantitative and objective reference basis for the later updating and planning. Finally, according to the comprehensive evaluation results of the building value in the block, the paper puts forward the strategy of building protection and renewal, based on the design principles of traditional planning, from the land planning, transportation system, environmental landscape, Cultural tourism and architectural height five aspects of the entire historical block protection and renewal planning and design.
