天津濱海高新區(qū)再生水景觀河道水質(zhì)污染現(xiàn)狀與治理對策研究

【摘要】:天津是重度缺水城市,人均水資源占有量居全國倒數(shù)第一,隨著城市現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)不斷加快,景觀用水量不斷增加,尋找充沛、可用的景觀水源成為了城市建設(shè)者面臨的重要問題。城市污水每天大量排放,水量穩(wěn)定,將城市污水深度處理,回用于景觀水體,已成為解決城市景觀水體缺乏的主要途徑。但是與自然景觀河道相比,再生水景觀河道存在著再生水本底濃度高、水體自凈能力差等問題,較天然景觀河道更易發(fā)生水華現(xiàn)象。為了解再生水景觀河道的富營養(yǎng)化規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)再生水景觀河道存在的問題,選取了天津濱海高新區(qū)景觀河道作為研究對象,通過對2014年4~9月主要水質(zhì)指標(biāo)的連續(xù)性監(jiān)測,分析再生水景觀河道實際運行情況,提出了適合天津高新區(qū)景觀河道的水質(zhì)應(yīng)急處理措施和水質(zhì)維護(hù)方案。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),濱海高新區(qū)景觀河道水質(zhì)在2014年4~9月期間氮、磷和COD等主要水質(zhì)指標(biāo)超標(biāo)嚴(yán)重,屬于劣Ⅴ類水質(zhì),呈嚴(yán)重富營養(yǎng)化狀態(tài),但對比天然景觀河道,再生水景觀河道由于總磷含量較低,并未發(fā)生大規(guī)模水華現(xiàn)象。通過小試實驗確定了加載混凝法處理再生水景觀河道的最佳投藥量、最佳投藥順序、最佳靜沉?xí)r間,提出了采用加載混凝技術(shù)作為高新區(qū)景觀河道的應(yīng)急處理措施。通過分析景觀河道富營養(yǎng)化的主要影響因素,提出了外/內(nèi)源性污染物質(zhì)的防控、曝氣推流、高效過濾、復(fù)合生物群修復(fù)等適合高新區(qū)景觀河道的水質(zhì)維護(hù)方案。通過本研究可以了解再生水景觀河道的富營養(yǎng)狀況,找出適合天津濱海高新區(qū)景觀河道的水質(zhì)改善措施,為今后其它景觀河道采用再生水補水時提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Tianjin is a city with severe water shortage, and its per capita water resources share is the lowest in the country. With the acceleration of urban modernization, the water consumption of the landscape is constantly increasing, and the search for abundant water resources is abundant. Available landscape water has become an important problem for urban builders. A large amount of urban sewage is discharged every day and the quantity of water is stable. The advanced treatment of urban sewage and its reuse in the landscape water body have become the main way to solve the shortage of urban landscape water body. However, compared with the natural landscape river, the reclaimed water landscape channel has many problems such as high background water concentration and poor self-purification capacity, which is more likely to occur Shui Hua phenomenon than the natural landscape river channel. In order to understand the eutrophication rule of the reclaimed water landscape channel and find out the problems existing in the reclaimed water landscape channel, the landscape river course of Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone was selected as the research object, and the continuous monitoring of the main water quality indexes from April to September 2014 was carried out. Based on the analysis of the actual operation of the reclaimed water landscape channel, the water quality emergency treatment measures and the water quality maintenance scheme for the landscape river course of Tianjin High-Tech Zone are put forward. It was found that the water quality of landscape watercourses in Binhai High-Tech Zone was serious in the period of April to September of 2014, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and COD, which were seriously exceeded the standard, and belonged to class V water quality, showing a serious eutrophication state, but compared with natural landscape watercourses. Owing to the low total phosphorus content, Shui Hua phenomenon did not occur in the reclaimed water landscape river. The optimum dosage, the best dosing sequence and the optimal settling time of the reclaimed water landscape channel were determined by the small scale experiment. The emergency treatment measures of the landscape river course in the high-tech zone were put forward by using the loading coagulation technology. Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting eutrophication of landscape river, the water quality maintenance schemes of external / endogenous pollutants, aeration pushing flow, high efficiency filtration and complex biota restoration are put forward. Through this study, we can find out the eutrophication status of the reclaimed water landscape channel, find out the water quality improvement measures suitable for Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone landscape river channel, and provide the basis for other landscape river channels to use reclaimed water to replenish water in the future.
