綜合類大學(xué)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)實(shí)踐與企業(yè)崗位工作能力培養(yǎng)對(duì)接研究

【摘要】:這是一個(gè)荊棘波瀾的時(shí)代,新一代的高校生正在勇敢的融入這個(gè)時(shí)代,努力創(chuàng)造歷史。大學(xué)生就業(yè)成為對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生能力評(píng)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),高校不負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題,但是學(xué)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題影響著高校招生,故而,就業(yè)率與招生量成正比。教育強(qiáng)則國(guó)強(qiáng),高校肩負(fù)社會(huì)人才儲(chǔ)備與輸出任務(wù),提高培養(yǎng)人才的整體能力,為社會(huì)的發(fā)展培養(yǎng)出一流的人才。十九世紀(jì)藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)成為一門(mén)專業(yè)的學(xué)科,高校開(kāi)始不斷地?cái)U(kuò)展學(xué)科范圍,加強(qiáng)教育基礎(chǔ),培養(yǎng)出大量的藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)人才促進(jìn)社會(huì)發(fā)展,然而社會(huì)呈現(xiàn)企業(yè)招人才難,高校藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的矛盾現(xiàn)象。本文從企業(yè)崗位對(duì)人才能力需求角度探索高校環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)。高校環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)教育需做到因事而化、因時(shí)而進(jìn)、因勢(shì)而新,教育要面向人、面向社會(huì),著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)技能、和就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)能力①,從企業(yè)崗位對(duì)人才能力需求角度分析環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng),加強(qiáng)高校環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才就業(yè)觀念轉(zhuǎn)化,使環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)人才的能力培養(yǎng)符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)崗位需求!秶(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》第七章高等教育中指出:"全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量;提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量;提升科學(xué)研究水平;增強(qiáng)社會(huì)服務(wù)能力;優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)辦出特色。" ②培養(yǎng)人才是高校的主要職責(zé),經(jīng)濟(jì)利益是社會(huì)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素之一,民富國(guó)強(qiáng)是中國(guó)夢(mèng),因此,高校承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)人才的歷史偉大使命。第三部分體制改革中第十一章人才體制改革中指出:"更新人才培養(yǎng)觀念,深化教育體制改革,關(guān)鍵是更新教育觀念,核心是改革人才培養(yǎng)體制,目的是提高人才培養(yǎng)水平;創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,適應(yīng)國(guó)家和社會(huì)發(fā)展需求,遵循教育規(guī)律和人才成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律,深化教育教學(xué)改革,創(chuàng)新教育教學(xué)方法,探索多種培養(yǎng)方式,形成各種人才輩出、拔尖創(chuàng)新人才不斷涌出的局面。③"高校教育決定著人才的質(zhì)量,人才素質(zhì)的高低不僅影響著企業(yè)發(fā)展,同時(shí)影響國(guó)家文明發(fā)展。教育強(qiáng)則國(guó)強(qiáng),這是社會(huì)法則,高校教育革新不能怠慢。企業(yè)發(fā)展遵循國(guó)家發(fā)展趨勢(shì)規(guī)律,高校環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式也要適應(yīng)社會(huì)企業(yè)崗位能力需求。環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)是一門(mén)新型的專業(yè),社會(huì)需求量不斷加大,但是更新?lián)Q代的新思維也急速加快,很多高校環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)教學(xué)水平出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題:重學(xué)術(shù)輕技術(shù)、能力培養(yǎng)單一、缺乏實(shí)訓(xùn)演練、思想觀念老舊等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)教學(xué)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,高校作出相應(yīng)的回應(yīng),極大地促進(jìn)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)、企業(yè)需求接軌。全球化趨勢(shì),使得國(guó)與國(guó)之間極易連接,國(guó)內(nèi)外資訊能迅速傳播,國(guó)外先進(jìn)的環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)可以通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)被人們了解,國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)間的交流拉近高校的距離,社會(huì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)促使高校從計(jì)算機(jī)教學(xué)時(shí)代轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)。信息和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為知識(shí)的獲取和傳播創(chuàng)造出了前所未有的便利,高校第一時(shí)間通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)了解世界最新環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì),了解最新高端環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)教育,也可以自由地發(fā)表自己的觀點(diǎn)和思想,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊平臺(tái)與更多的人探討。高校間互相吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)更新補(bǔ)充教學(xué),高校生在校期間通過(guò)老師、網(wǎng)絡(luò)提升專業(yè)能力,拓寬視野拓展思維,抓住網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)效性利用多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)聘渠道,提升、拓寬就業(yè)率。
[Abstract]:This is a thorn waves era, a new generation of college students are brave in this era, efforts to create history. The employment of university students has become the standard for evaluating ability of college graduates, the employment problem of college students is not responsible, but the problem of student employment affects high school enrollment, therefore, employment and enrollment quantity is education strong, universities shoulder the social talents reserves and output tasks, improve the overall ability to cultivate talents, cultivate first-class talents for the development of the society. In nineteenth Century the art design becomes a professional discipline, the University began to continue to expand the range of subjects, strengthen education foundation, cultivate a large number of art design talents to promote social however, social development, presents the enterprise recruit talent difficult, contradictory phenomenon of art and design for university graduates employment. This paper from the enterprise post for talents demand perspective to explore School culture environment design professionals. The environment design professional education need to do and because of things, from time to time, and the new situation, education should be oriented to people oriented society, to cultivate students' occupation morals, occupation skills, entrepreneurship and employment, training of personnel ability needs analysis employment ability of talent environment design from professional jobs, strengthen the environmental design of professional personnel employment concept transformation, the ability of environmental art design training to meet the demand of modern enterprise. Points out that post national long-term education reform and development plan > seventh chapter in Higher Education: "comprehensively improve the quality of higher education; improve the quality of personnel training; improve the level of scientific research; enhancement the social service ability; optimize the structure of specialty. The personnel training is the main responsibility of colleges and universities, is the social economic benefits of enterprise sustainable development is important because One of the rich people, is Chinese dream, therefore, colleges and universities to train talents of the great historical mission. The eleventh chapter pointed out that the reform of the personnel management system reform in the third part: update the concept of talent cultivation, the deepening of education reform, the key is to update the concept of education, is the core of the reform of personnel training system, the purpose is to improve the level of training personnel; the training mode of innovative talents, to adapt to the country and the needs of social development, follow the law of education and the growth of talent, deepen the reform of education and teaching, innovative teaching methods, to explore a variety of training methods, the formation of a variety of talent, innovative talents gushing situation. The "higher education determines the quality of talent, talent quality not only affects the development of enterprises, while the impact of national civilization development. Environmental art design is a new professional, social demand continues to increase, but also the new thinking of upgrading rapidly accelerated, many high school environmental design professional teaching level has serious problems: the light weight of academic technical ability, single, lack of training exercises, ideas and so on. According to the problems of old problems in teaching, colleges and universities to respond accordingly, greatly promote the environmental design professional graduates vocational skills training and social demand, enterprise integration. The trend of globalization, which is easy to connect between countries, domestic and foreign information quickly communication, teaching of environmental art design advanced through the network understanding by people at home and abroad, university exchanges between universities close distance, social development trend The potential change from the era of computer network for teaching. The teaching of information and network technology for the acquisition and dissemination to create a hitherto unknown convenience of knowledge, the first time through the network to understand the world the latest environmental art design, the latest high-end environmental design professional education, can freely express their views and ideas, through study on network communication platform and more people.
