【摘要】：自新課程改革以來,小學作文教學改革備受關注,與此同時也暴露了許多問題。小學作文教學理念陳舊、教學方法單一、以考試為準繩、教師熱情不夠等等,導致學生寫作情緒低下,作文失去其原有的魅力,整體來看小學作文教學現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。小學作文陷入瓶頸,追溯緣由,是因為缺乏科學的教學思想和寫作理念做指導。管建剛作為新生代小學語文界名師,他在自己的教學實踐的基礎上總結(jié)出了一套完整的可操作、可復制的動力學寫作系統(tǒng),并取得了成功。但關于管建剛小學作文教學思想的研究并不多,大部分都是圍繞其作文教學實驗鋪展開來。本論文分為五部分。第一部分為緒論,從當今小學作文教學現(xiàn)狀的角度筆者介紹了選題的緣由,并指出管建剛小學作文教學理念的價值意義;其次是對管建剛小學作文教學理念研究的現(xiàn)狀綜述,最后闡明本研究的意義目的以及研究方法。第二部分,介紹了管建剛作文教學理念產(chǎn)生的背景:新課程改革、新教育實驗的推動。新課程改革以及新教育實驗的推動給管建剛作文教學提供了十分有利的條件和寬松的環(huán)境。第三部分是本論文重點論述的一章,主要是介紹管建剛小學作文教學理念的內(nèi)涵,從“變作文教學為作文教育”、“給兒童寫作興趣一個抓手”、“關注兒童真正的心里話”“抓住故事力這個內(nèi)在核”、“激發(fā)兒童寫作動機”這五個方面系統(tǒng)的概括管建剛老師作文教學理念的精髓。第四部分在背景和理念內(nèi)涵闡釋之后對管建剛的小學作文教學理念的價值與推廣的困難進行分析。對于管建剛小學作文教學理念的價值從對“語文課標”的踐行”、對“核心素養(yǎng)”的貼合、對“理想作文”的探索、對“教學藝術”的升華這四個層面進行概括;而其理念推廣的困難,筆者著重的是反思,從“作文教學改革大部分處于保守狀態(tài)”、“管建剛小學作文教學理念理論性欠缺”、“教師素質(zhì)參差不齊”、“對管建剛小學作文教學理念傳播途徑少,有待與時俱進”這四個層面進行分析管建剛作文教學理念推廣不開以及傳播速度慢之原因。第五部分筆者通過反思,在結(jié)合當下作文教學存在的問題,提出了對作文教學的四點啟示:一是作文需要關注學生的生命成長;二是作文需要學生產(chǎn)生牽掛;三是作文需要重視讀者意識;四是上好作文講評課。通過這些有益啟示,希望能為一線教師提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the new curriculum reform, primary school composition teaching reform has attracted much attention, at the same time, it has exposed many problems.The idea of composition teaching in primary school is outmoded, teaching method is single, taking examination as criterion, teachers' enthusiasm is not enough and so on, which leads to students' low mood of writing and losing their original charm. Overall, the present situation of composition teaching in primary school is not optimistic.Primary school composition falls into bottleneck, trace back reason, because lack scientific teaching thought and writing idea to do instruction.As a new generation of Chinese teachers in primary schools, Guan Jiangang summed up a complete set of operational and replicable dynamic writing system on the basis of his teaching practice, and achieved success.However, there are few researches on the composition teaching thought of Guan Jiangang Primary School, most of which are spread around his composition teaching experiment.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, from the point of view of the present situation of composition teaching in primary school, the author introduces the reason of selecting the topic, and points out the value significance of the composition teaching idea of Guan Jiangang primary school; secondly, it summarizes the present situation of the research on the composition teaching idea of Guan Jiangang primary school.Finally, the purpose and research method of this study are expounded.The second part introduces the background of Guan Jiangang's composition teaching idea: the new curriculum reform and the promotion of new educational experiment.The new curriculum reform and the promotion of the new educational experiment provide a very favorable condition and a relaxed environment for Guan Jiangang's composition teaching.The third part is an important chapter of this paper, which mainly introduces the connotation of composition teaching idea in Guan Jiangang Primary School, from "changing composition teaching into composition education", "giving children an interest in writing"."pay attention to the real heart of children", "seize the inner core of story power", "stimulate children's writing motivation" these five aspects systematically generalize the essence of teacher Guan Jiangang's composition teaching idea.The fourth part analyzes the value of Guan Jiangang's elementary school composition teaching idea and the difficulty of popularizing it after explaining the connotation of background and idea.The value of composition teaching idea of Guan Jiangang elementary school is summarized from four aspects: the practice of "Chinese course standard", the combination of "core accomplishment", the exploration of "ideal composition" and the sublimation of "teaching art";But the difficulty of popularizing his ideas, the author emphasizes on reflection, from "composition teaching reform is mostly in conservative state", "Guan Jiangang primary school composition teaching theory is lacking in theory", "teacher quality is not uniform","there are few ways to spread the ideas of composition teaching in Guan Jiangang Primary School, which need to keep pace with the times". This paper analyzes the reasons why the teaching ideas of Guan Jiangang's composition teaching are not popularized and the speed of communication is slow.The fifth part of the author through reflection, in combination with the current composition teaching problems, put forward four points of enlightenment to composition teaching: first, composition needs to pay attention to students' life growth, second, composition needs students to worry about;Third, the composition needs to attach importance to the reader's consciousness, and the fourth is to make a good composition comment class.Through these beneficial enlightenment, hope can provide some reference for the first line teacher.
