【摘要】：差異的存在是普遍的,也是必然的。在設(shè)計領(lǐng)域,無論是存在于不同身份角色之間的差異,亦或是某類角色內(nèi)部的差異,都經(jīng)常被人們提及和討論。然而如何去理解差異,如何去面對差異,如何盡量去減少差異帶來的負(fù)外部效應(yīng),是值得探索和思考的問題。本文選取公共空間中的公園景觀空間做為切入點(diǎn),利用滿意度評價的系統(tǒng)方法去研究不同角色(空間使用者、空間提供者)對于同一空間的關(guān)注度、滿意度的差異。再通過利用現(xiàn)代統(tǒng)計分析工具如EXCLE、SPSS等對結(jié)果進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。最后,對于差異性的形成原因進(jìn)行了探索性的解釋,并得出因此受到的啟發(fā)。第一章是緒論部分,主要介紹本次研究的問題起源、研究對象與內(nèi)容、研究目的和意義。重點(diǎn)闡釋了本次研究的方法和框架。第二章為理論部分,簡要介紹了角色理論,概述了目前學(xué)術(shù)界對于不同角色之間差異性的研究進(jìn)程。同時對使用后評價的理論、方法和研究進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了闡述。對本次研究主要采用的IPA分析法及其應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹。并且介紹了國內(nèi)外滿意度評價研究的現(xiàn)狀以及基于不同人群的滿意度評價的差異性研究目前現(xiàn)狀。第三章為方法部分,對于本次研究的評價體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,分別從構(gòu)建目標(biāo)、體系框架、評價指標(biāo)體系等方面進(jìn)行介紹。第四章主要對研究對象——聽音湖環(huán)湖景觀公園的建設(shè)背景、設(shè)計過程、設(shè)計思路、施工進(jìn)程進(jìn)行回顧,作為對研究背景的具體補(bǔ)充。介紹了針對聽音湖使用者的實(shí)地調(diào)研情況。第五章為實(shí)證部分。首先分別對空間使用者、空間提供者進(jìn)行其對公園景觀空間關(guān)注度和滿意度的調(diào)研和分析。其次從關(guān)注度、滿意度兩個方面對不同角色之間的差異進(jìn)行了橫向的比較分析,得出角色之間的差異更多的體現(xiàn)在關(guān)注度方面的初步結(jié)論。最后,立足于使用者的關(guān)注度與滿意度的關(guān)系,分別從四個方面進(jìn)一步對空間提供者提出應(yīng)對建議。最后是總結(jié)與展望。通過總結(jié)本文研究的成效、不足之處和對未來研究深化的思考。
[Abstract]:The existence of differences is universal and inevitable. In the field of design, whether they exist in different identity roles or within certain types of roles, they are often mentioned and discussed. However, how to understand differences, How to face the difference and how to reduce the negative external effect brought by the difference is a problem worth exploring and pondering. This paper chooses the park landscape space in the public space as the starting point. Using the system method of satisfaction evaluation to study the attention of different roles (space users, space providers) to the same space, The difference of satisfaction degree. Then through the use of modern statistical analysis tools such as EXCLEX SPSS to carry out data analysis. Finally, the author makes an exploratory explanation of the cause of the difference, and draws the inspiration. The first chapter is the introduction part. This paper mainly introduces the origin, object and content, purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter is the theoretical part, which briefly introduces the role theory. This paper summarizes the current research process of the difference between different roles in academic circles. At the same time, the theory of post-use evaluation is also discussed. This paper introduces the IPA analysis method and its application. It also introduces the present situation of the domestic and foreign satisfaction evaluation research and the satisfaction evaluation based on different people. The third chapter is the method. The evaluation system of this study is constructed from the aspects of construction objectives, system framework, evaluation index system and so on. Chapter 4th mainly introduces the background and design process of the research object, the construction background of the park around the lake around the lake, the research object, the design process of the park, and so on. Design ideas, construction process review, as a specific supplement to the research background. Introduced the situation of field research for the users of the hearing lake. 5th chapter is the empirical part. First of all, the space users, The space provider carries on the research and the analysis to the park landscape spatial attention degree and the satisfaction degree. Secondly, from the attention degree, the satisfaction degree carries on the horizontal comparative analysis to the different role difference, Finally, based on the relationship between user's attention and satisfaction, the author draws the conclusion that the difference between roles is more reflected in the attention degree. Finally, the paper summarizes the achievements, shortcomings and further thoughts of the future research by summarizing the results of this study, the deficiencies and the deepening of the future research.
