【摘要】：2016年2月,我國(guó)街區(qū)制開始推行,與此同時(shí),開放式街區(qū)建設(shè)也推進(jìn)了景觀活力的建設(shè)。本文首先研究開放式街區(qū)景觀活力的概念、影響因素及其特征。其次,結(jié)合成都的川音片區(qū)面臨的景觀問(wèn)題,以開放式街區(qū)的景觀活力建設(shè)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,從安全性、公共性、健康性、多樣性、獨(dú)特性原則出發(fā),以“獨(dú)具特色的、富有景觀活力的音樂街區(qū)”為定位,對(duì)提高成都川音片區(qū)景觀活力的做出相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃。文章主要有以下內(nèi)容:首先,分析說(shuō)明研究背景、文章研究的主要目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外景觀活力相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法與框架。其次,探索歸納出景觀活力的相關(guān)概念以及景觀活力的影響因素,并對(duì)景觀活力的特征進(jìn)行研究分析;再次,對(duì)成都川音片區(qū)的景觀現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并對(duì)川音片區(qū)景觀發(fā)展趨勢(shì),景觀活力為街區(qū)帶來(lái)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、人文方面的效益進(jìn)行了一定的探討。最后,結(jié)合成都川音片區(qū)景觀建設(shè)中的區(qū)域文化、人的活動(dòng)、街區(qū)內(nèi)的空間改善三個(gè)大的方面來(lái)進(jìn)行提高景觀活力的方法研究,針對(duì)成都川音片區(qū)景觀活力提高所面臨的問(wèn)題對(duì)景觀活力提升做出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)。

Combined with the landscape problems faced by Chengdu's Sichuan audio and film area, the paper analyzes the landscape vitality construction of the open district, starting from the principles of security, publicity, health, diversity and uniqueness, and taking the principles of "unique characteristics" as the starting point of the analysis, which is based on the principles of "security, publicity, health, diversity and uniqueness." The music district with rich landscape vitality "as the orientation, make the corresponding plan to improve the landscape vitality of Chengdu Sichuan sound film area." the article mainly has the following contents: first, analyzes explains the research background, the article research main purpose and the significance, Domestic and foreign landscape vitality related research status, research methods and frameworks. Secondly, explore the landscape vitality related concepts and landscape vitality factors, and research and analysis of the characteristics of landscape vitality; third, This paper investigates the present situation and existing problems of the landscape in Chengdu Chuan sound-film area, and probes into the trend of landscape development and the vitality of the landscape to bring social, economic, environmental and humanistic benefits to the block. Finally, Combining the three aspects of regional culture, human activities and space improvement in the landscape construction of Chengdu Chuan sound-film area to study the methods of improving landscape vitality. Aiming at the problems of improving landscape vitality in Chengdu Chuan sound film area, the corresponding design of landscape vitality enhancement was made.
