【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度迅猛,旅游業(yè)也飛速發(fā)展,主題公園作為一種新的旅游目的地形式被人們所熟知,極具開(kāi)發(fā)潛力。主題公園的旅游規(guī)劃應(yīng)將原有的游樂(lè)性質(zhì)和本土地域文化、歷史文化、社會(huì)文化相結(jié)合,打造游樂(lè)與文化相結(jié)合的主題公園是規(guī)劃的終極目標(biāo)。我國(guó)是一個(gè)旅游大國(guó),塑造具有中國(guó)特色、地方特色的游樂(lè)與文化結(jié)合的主題公園成為了我國(guó)主題公園發(fā)展建設(shè)的新方向。本文以哈爾濱文化公園旅游規(guī)劃為例,以理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方式研究主題公園的發(fā)展歷程,揭示了當(dāng)今主題公園存在的種種問(wèn)題,探討了如何使“游樂(lè)”和“文化”更好結(jié)合的形式與方法。建造游樂(lè)與文化相結(jié)合的主題公園不僅可以拓展城市旅游資源,深化城市人文內(nèi)涵,還可以促進(jìn)城市區(qū)域發(fā)展,更滿足了公眾對(duì)于新形態(tài)旅游的迫切需求,也對(duì)我國(guó)旅游發(fā)展和旅游形式的創(chuàng)新具有重要意義。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)查閱研究方法、學(xué)科交叉對(duì)比方法、案例剖析借鑒方法及實(shí)地調(diào)查研究方法、訪談研究等方法進(jìn)行理論系統(tǒng)研究,以主題公園規(guī)劃者的角度提出游樂(lè)與文化相結(jié)合的主題公園規(guī)劃要求及規(guī)劃原則。文章最后,通過(guò)理論指導(dǎo)哈爾濱文化公園項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐,將理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行完美結(jié)合。全文的研究?jī)?nèi)容與結(jié)論如下:(1)理清研究涉及的相關(guān)概念及它們之間的關(guān)系,并回溯國(guó)內(nèi)外主題公園的研究概況,明確目前主題公園和游樂(lè)與文化相結(jié)合主題公園的研究重點(diǎn)和方向。即必須從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展角度考慮,打造以城市文化為依托、以藝術(shù)美和高科技為導(dǎo)向,既能改善城市生態(tài)環(huán)境,使人與自然和諧相融,又能拓展當(dāng)?shù)靥厣幕?打造城市品牌形象的新型旅游目的地。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外主題公園以及我國(guó)主題公園旅游規(guī)劃的分析研究及資料統(tǒng)計(jì),指出我國(guó)主題公園建設(shè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問(wèn)題,比如虧損大、游樂(lè)主題類似、建設(shè)有盲目性、缺少文化內(nèi)涵和文化活動(dòng)、配套服務(wù)落后等問(wèn)題。(3)借鑒可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、文化生態(tài)學(xué)理論、文脈主義理論、旅游規(guī)劃三元論、游憩資源學(xué)理論、環(huán)境心理行為學(xué)理論等指出我國(guó)游樂(lè)與文化相結(jié)合的主題公園規(guī)劃的基本原則、基本理念。文章提出游樂(lè)與文化相結(jié)合主題公園規(guī)劃的整體思路,即實(shí)地調(diào)研,考察場(chǎng)地信息、目標(biāo)定位,策劃文化主題、前期構(gòu)思、總體布局、系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃等,并結(jié)合文化表達(dá),游樂(lè)活動(dòng)策劃及豐富的參與體驗(yàn)活動(dòng),以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行后續(xù)的規(guī)劃研究。(4)本文創(chuàng)造性地從有游樂(lè)體驗(yàn)、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)效益、文化內(nèi)涵等出發(fā),提出園區(qū)規(guī)劃要求及規(guī)劃原則,保證主題公園經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的最大化;再次提出規(guī)劃游樂(lè)與文化相結(jié)合的主題公園的基本要求,突出其對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)發(fā)展的積極作用。(5)最后,通過(guò)哈爾濱文化公園的項(xiàng)目實(shí)例,將本文的理論應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐上。在分析項(xiàng)目的自然概況、交通區(qū)位及自然資源和客源資源后,以前期理論來(lái)指導(dǎo)文化公園規(guī)劃,策劃了哈爾濱文化公園旅游規(guī)劃特色的體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country economy rapid development, the tourism industry is the rapid development of the theme park as a new tourist destination is known, has great development potential. The theme park tourism planning should be the original recreational nature and local culture, history and culture, social culture and culture combine to build amusement the combination of the theme park is the ultimate goal of planning. China is a big tourism country, the shape of the China characteristics, combined with the local characteristics of the recreation and culture theme park has become the development and construction of the theme park in China's new direction. This paper takes Harbin Cultural Park tourism planning as an example, the development process of theory combined with the practical way of the theme park, reveals the problems existing in today's theme park, discusses the form and method of how to make the "recreation" and "culture". To build a better combination of recreation Combined with the cultural theme park can not only expand the city tourism resources, deepen the city cultural connotation, but also can promote the city regional development, but also to meet the urgent demand for a new form of tourism public, also the innovation on the development of China's tourism and tourism has important significance. This paper uses the literature research method, interdisciplinary comparison method, case analysis method and reference field survey method, interview method research of theory system research, with the theme park planners proposed theme park planning and recreation culture combined with the planning requirements and planning principles. Finally, through the theoretical guidance of Harbin Culture Park project practice, the theory and Practice of the perfect combination. The contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) to clarify the relationship between the related concepts and research related to them, and look back to the theme parks at home and abroad The current research status, clear theme parks and recreation and culture combining with the focus and direction of the theme park. That must be considered from the perspective of long-term development, to build the city culture as the basis, to the beauty of art and technology oriented, not only can improve the city's ecological environment, the harmonious combination of man and nature, and to develop the local characteristics culture, new tourist destination city brand image. (2) through the foreign theme park, research and data analysis of China's planning theme park tourism statistics, points out the main problems existing in the construction of the theme park development in China, such as the loss of large recreation theme similar construction with blindness, lack of cultural connotation and the problem of cultural activities, supporting services lags behind. (3) according to theory of sustainable development, the cultural ecology theory, context theory, three of tourism planning, the theory of recreation resources, environmental psychology Behavior theory and points out the basic principles of theme park planning, recreation and culture in China with the combination of the basic ideas. The recreation and culture combining with the whole idea of theme park planning, namely the on-the-spot investigation, site inspection information, target location, planning and cultural theme, the idea, the overall layout, system planning, combined with the expression of culture, recreational activities and rich experience in planning activities, as a basis for planning future research. (4) this paper creatively from the recreation experience, environment, economic and social benefits, cultural connotation of the proposed park planning and planning principle, maximize the economic benefits of the theme park again; the basic requirements of planning recreation and culture with the theme park, highlighting its positive role in the development of the whole society. (5) finally, through the Harbin Culture Park project, the The theory is applied to practice. After analyzing the natural profile, location and natural resources and tourist resources of the project, we guided the planning of cultural park with the theory of early stage, and planned the experience activity project of Harbin Cultural Park tourism planning.
