【摘要】：技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的核心內(nèi)容之一，而高新企業(yè)作為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主要踐行者，是貫徹“實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”的重要主體，能為實(shí)現(xiàn)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型提供重要的推動(dòng)力量。 企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新本身是一個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)，這一系統(tǒng)會(huì)在其動(dòng)態(tài)變化過程中受到企業(yè)內(nèi)部各要素以及外部其他耦合系統(tǒng)的影響。本文聚焦于高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，研究高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效影響因素，并以生物進(jìn)化視角來分析其動(dòng)態(tài)演化過程及提升路徑。本文首先在對(duì)前人研究的梳理和總結(jié)基礎(chǔ)之上，以高新企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查，采用因子分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程法，梳理出創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、資本積累以及企業(yè)文化四個(gè)維度來構(gòu)建并驗(yàn)證高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，，并開發(fā)高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效評(píng)價(jià)量表，然后運(yùn)用適合度景觀理論，在所開發(fā)量表的基礎(chǔ)上從各技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效影響維度入手構(gòu)建出企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)適合度NK模型，并結(jié)合實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，以適合度值來反映技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效，從而構(gòu)建出企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)景觀。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示：（1）要素之間的協(xié)同配合對(duì)于高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的提高具有重要意義；（2）盡管系統(tǒng)存在多條路徑可以最終獲得最優(yōu)適合度景觀值，但存在一條0000—0010—1010—1011—1111的最優(yōu)路徑；（3）以系統(tǒng)的角度審視，要素間的配合可以對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生不同的影響。 本文以系統(tǒng)視角，提出多維度、多角度提升高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效的模式及方法，在高新企業(yè)創(chuàng)新策略制定、發(fā)展路徑選擇以及如何在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中通過適應(yīng)性收縮快速達(dá)到最優(yōu)績效等方面給出結(jié)論和建議，為解決高新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)問題提供較好的理論和方法指導(dǎo)，為推進(jìn)我國高新技術(shù)企業(yè)可持續(xù)健康快速發(fā)展提供理論和實(shí)證支持。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is one of the core contents of enterprise innovation, and high-tech enterprises, as the main practitioners of technological innovation, are the main body of carrying out the "innovation-driven development strategy", which can provide an important driving force for the realization of national economic transformation. Enterprise technological innovation itself is a complex system, which will be affected by the internal elements and other external coupling systems in the process of its dynamic change. This paper studies the influencing factors of technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises, and analyzes its dynamic evolution process and promotion path from the perspective of biological evolution. Taking high-tech enterprises as the research object, this paper uses factor analysis, structural equation method, combing out the four dimensions of innovation strategy, organizational structure, capital accumulation and corporate culture to construct and verify the evaluation index of high-tech innovation in high-tech enterprises. And developed the high-tech enterprise technology innovation performance evaluation scale, and then used the suitability landscape theory, based on the development of the scale from each dimension of technological innovation performance impact to build the enterprise technology innovation system suitability NK model. Based on the empirical data, the performance of technological innovation is reflected by the degree of fitness. The empirical results show that the coordination among the elements is of great significance to the improvement of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises. (although there are many paths in the system, the optimal suitability landscape value can be finally obtained. But there exists an optimal path of 0000-0010-1010-1011-1111) from a systematic point of view, the cooperation among elements can have different effects on the technological innovation system of enterprises. In this paper, we put forward a multi-dimensional and multi-angle model and method to improve the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in order to formulate innovation strategies in high-tech enterprises. The development path selection and how to reach the optimal performance quickly through adaptive contraction in the innovation network are given, which provide better theoretical and methodological guidance for solving the problems related to technological innovation in high-tech enterprises. To promote the sustainable and healthy development of high-tech enterprises in China to provide theoretical and empirical support.
