【摘要】：'全球?qū)Α盎顟B(tài)遺產(chǎn)”的保護(hù)已經(jīng)越來(lái)越重視。紅河哈尼梯田被列為世界文化景觀遺產(chǎn),紅河元陽(yáng)哈尼梯田遺產(chǎn)區(qū)傳統(tǒng)聚落作為遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分,它不僅由歷史產(chǎn)生,而且仍保持著歷史過(guò)程中的使用功能,對(duì)遺產(chǎn)區(qū)內(nèi)人們的生產(chǎn)生活依然發(fā)揮著重要作用,具有“活態(tài)”的特征。本論文通過(guò)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)法規(guī)的梳理,文化景觀遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)案例總結(jié)及田野調(diào)查等方法對(duì)元陽(yáng)哈尼梯田遺產(chǎn)區(qū)傳統(tǒng)聚落進(jìn)行分析研究,元陽(yáng)哈尼梯田遺產(chǎn)區(qū)傳統(tǒng)聚落具有特殊的地理環(huán)境,民族文化精神,地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件。作為“活態(tài)遺產(chǎn)”其活態(tài)主體原住民與聚落內(nèi)各生產(chǎn)要素、生活要素、生態(tài)環(huán)境要素之間相互作用,在社會(huì)發(fā)展中持續(xù)不斷的演變。所以對(duì)元陽(yáng)哈尼梯田遺產(chǎn)區(qū)傳統(tǒng)聚落的保護(hù)就是保護(hù)“活遺”構(gòu)成要素的生成、發(fā)展、演替、變遷全過(guò)程。根據(jù)元陽(yáng)遺產(chǎn)區(qū)傳統(tǒng)聚落歷史演變過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生并存留的全部物質(zhì)與非物質(zhì)信息現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),以原住民為保護(hù)主體,對(duì)其生存所需物質(zhì)空間采用整體保護(hù)模式,對(duì)其歷史與民俗文化采用活態(tài)傳承的保護(hù)模式,為提高原住民經(jīng)濟(jì)水平提出“二個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)聚落有效保護(hù)采用動(dòng)態(tài)保護(hù)管理模式,讓“活遺”各構(gòu)成要素完整、真實(shí)、活態(tài)的保護(hù)在紅河元陽(yáng)哈尼梯田遺產(chǎn)區(qū)傳統(tǒng)聚落內(nèi),形成可持續(xù)的紅河哈尼梯田世界文化景觀遺產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:'global protection for "Living Heritage" has been more and more attention. Hani terrace was listed as a world cultural heritage, Yuanyang Honghe Hani terrace heritage area as an important part of the heritage of traditional settlements, it not only produced by history, but still keep the historical process of the use of function, to the people in the heritage area life is still playing an important role, the features of "living". This paper through the literature and regulations combing, analysis and research of the traditional settlements of Yuanyang Hani terrace heritage area cultural landscape heritage protection case summary and field investigation method, the traditional settlements of Yuanyang Hani terrace heritage area has special geographical environment, the spirit of national culture area, economic conditions. As a "Living Heritage of the living body of Aboriginal and settlement of the factors of production, life elements, interactions between elements of the ecological environment With the social development, in continuous evolution. So the Yuanyang Hani terrace heritage area of traditional settlement protection is to protect the "left" elements of the formation, development, succession, the whole process of change. According to the coexistence of all the material and non-material information left status were analyzed and summarized the evolution of Yuanyang traditional settlement historical heritage area in the process, for the protection of indigenous people in the main body, the whole protection mode of material space required for its survival, the protection mode of living heritage of history and folk culture, as the "economic development mode of two industries to improve indigenous economic level, effective protection of traditional settlements using a dynamic management mode, let live the left" elements of complete, true, living in the protection of traditional settlements of Honghe Yuanyang Hani terrace heritage in the region, the formation of Honghe Hani terrace cultural landscape sustainable world Legacy.
