《北伐途次》與“幽靈出版社”——盜版對(duì)民國作家生存與創(chuàng)作影響之管窺

【摘要】:本文以郭沫若應(yīng)對(duì)盜版為問題原點(diǎn),通過對(duì)《北伐途次》的版本考察和對(duì)“幽靈出版社”的探尋,揭示民國時(shí)期作家與書商之間合作博弈的復(fù)雜關(guān)系:制度的缺陷和執(zhí)行效率的低下導(dǎo)致書商在充當(dāng)作者權(quán)益保護(hù)者的同時(shí),亦以傳統(tǒng)行幫的運(yùn)營方式不斷侵蝕著作者的權(quán)益。郭沫若對(duì)書商的態(tài)度、對(duì)盜版的反應(yīng)以及在創(chuàng)作上的調(diào)適生動(dòng)說明民國出版制度和市場生態(tài)對(duì)作家創(chuàng)作的深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:This article regards Guo Moruo to deal with the piracy as the origin, through the inspection to the edition of the Northern Expedition, and to the "ghost publishing house", This paper reveals the complex relationship of cooperative game between writers and booksellers in the period of the Republic of China: the defects of the system and the low efficiency of execution result in the booksellers acting as the protectors of the author's rights and interests, and at the same time eroding the interests of the writers by the traditional way of operation. Guo Moruo's attitude to booksellers, his reaction to piracy and his adjustment in creation vividly illustrate the profound influence of publishing system and market ecology on writers' creation in the Republic of China.
