電視調解是一種新興的調解方式,在社會生活中發(fā)揮著化解家庭矛盾,弘揚社會道德,維護社會和諧的重要作用。作為一種復雜的社會語用現象,電視調解在大眾傳媒和社會法律等領域取得了豐碩的成果,但鮮有學者從語用的角度對電視調解展開研究。電視調解的成功主要取決于調解員對于各種調解策略的綜合使用,而這些策略的使用往往受到語境等各種語用因素的制約。因此,有必要從語用的角度對調解員在調解過程中所使用的各種語用策略及其積極功能進行研究。聚焦于電視調解中最常見的婚姻出軌類和贍養(yǎng)父母類調解,本文轉寫了30期《百姓調解》節(jié)目中的調解語篇。觀察發(fā)現,調解員在調解這兩類由違反道德引發(fā)的家庭沖突時,經常使用攻擊當事人面子的不禮貌策略。而不同于日常生活中的不禮貌,調解員所使用的不禮貌具有策略性、弱對抗性和正面性的語用特征。因此,根據所選語料,本文將調解員所使用的不禮貌策略定義為策略性不禮貌,其區(qū)別性特征為:說話人對聽話人的面子攻擊并不是為了引起沖突,而是為了實現特定的積極意圖;而聽話人受到了面子威脅,但并不會予以攻擊型回應�；谒x語料,本研究將采用定性定量相結合的方法對電視調解中調解員的策略性不禮貌進行語用研究。本文試圖...
