【摘要】：政府記者招待會作為媒體了解中國政策和行動的重要渠道，受到國內(nèi)外媒體的高度關(guān)注。國外媒體主要通過記者招待會上譯員的翻譯對中國政策進行解讀。譯員作為信息傳遞者和交流促進者，其橋梁作用不可忽視，必須準確傳達發(fā)言人的意指。這不僅關(guān)乎到有效的對外交流，還具有高度的政治性。因此，對記者招待會口譯的研究具有一定的意義。 本文運用合作原則，分析記者招待會口譯中譯員對合作原則的遵守。通過研究合作原則的本質(zhì)，結(jié)合政府記者招待會口譯的特點和譯員所扮演的角色分析，本文發(fā)現(xiàn)記者招待會口譯中遵守合作原則的合理性。再以2011年溫家寶總理“兩會”記者招待會上的口譯為研究資料，本文舉出了大量例子，進一步論證了合作原則四準則在口譯過程中的重要性，，即譯員為達到成功交際，潛意識里對數(shù)量準則、質(zhì)量準則、關(guān)系準則和方式準則的遵守。 通過結(jié)合理論研究與案例分析的方法，本文發(fā)現(xiàn)譯員遵守合作原則存在一定的動機，口譯過程中譯員需考慮語言差異、聽眾分析、翻譯技巧、政策取向等因素。通過依次對遵守四個準則的案例分析，本文發(fā)現(xiàn)譯員采取相應(yīng)的處理手段，以達到良好的溝通效果，如：意譯、刪減冗余成分、增補邏輯關(guān)系詞、重新調(diào)整句序、替代等。本文所總結(jié)的處理手段和技巧對口譯的實際練習(xí)和操作有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:As an important channel for the media to learn about China's policies and actions, government press conferences have attracted great attention from domestic and foreign media. Foreign media mainly interpret China's policy through the translation of interpreters at press conferences. As a communicator and a facilitator of communication, the interpreter can not be ignored as a bridge, and must accurately convey the meaning of the speaker. This is not only related to effective foreign exchange, but also highly political. Therefore, the study of press conference interpretation has certain significance. Based on the principle of cooperation, this paper analyzes the interpreters' adherence to the principle of cooperation in the interpretation of press conferences. By studying the nature of the principle of cooperation, combining the characteristics of government press conference interpretation and the role played by interpreters, this paper finds out that it is reasonable to abide by the principle of cooperation in press conference interpretation. Taking the interpretation of Premier Wen Jiabao's "two sessions" press conference in 2011 as the research material, this paper gives a large number of examples, and further demonstrates the importance of the four principles of cooperation in the interpretation process, that is, the interpreter wants to achieve successful communication. Subconscious compliance with quantitative, quality, relational and modus operandi criteria. By combining theoretical studies with case studies, this paper finds that there are some motivations for interpreters to abide by the principle of cooperation, and that interpreters should take into account such factors as language differences, audience analysis, translation skills, policy orientation and so on. Through the analysis of the cases which follow the four criteria in turn, it is found that the interpreter adopts the corresponding processing measures to achieve good communication effects, such as: free translation, deleting redundant elements, adding logical relation words, readjusting sentence order, substitution and so on. The processing methods and techniques summarized in this paper have certain guiding significance for the practical practice and operation of interpreting.
