會(huì)議口譯的前期準(zhǔn)備

【摘要】:對(duì)于MTI學(xué)生而言,會(huì)議口譯在其口譯實(shí)踐中最為正式,因而最具討論價(jià)值和典型性。由于缺少實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)、口譯知識(shí)技巧系統(tǒng)尚不完善,MTI學(xué)生在會(huì)場(chǎng)口譯易面臨一系列問(wèn)題,其中以面對(duì)期望值過(guò)大而引起的心理問(wèn)題最為典型。要解決對(duì)此類問(wèn)題,就要先做好會(huì)議口譯的前期準(zhǔn)備。 本報(bào)告圍繞會(huì)議口譯討論,分析了在校翻譯碩士在參加會(huì)議翻譯前期應(yīng)做的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備。作者根據(jù)自身學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐,從會(huì)議口譯的類型、翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、譯員應(yīng)具備素質(zhì)出發(fā),以正式度為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將自己參加的幾次會(huì)議口譯實(shí)踐分類為正式講座會(huì)議與非正式午餐會(huì)、歡迎會(huì)和簡(jiǎn)要信息介紹會(huì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從Gile提出的口譯認(rèn)知負(fù)荷理論出發(fā),結(jié)合自身經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),分析了針對(duì)正式會(huì)議會(huì)前準(zhǔn)備涉及的會(huì)議主題準(zhǔn)備、專業(yè)詞匯及背景知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備、會(huì)前與演講者及時(shí)的溝通、對(duì)觀眾群體的認(rèn)知、口譯文具準(zhǔn)備、對(duì)設(shè)備和場(chǎng)地的熟悉、時(shí)間安排,衣著禮儀要求、口譯任務(wù)合理安排、對(duì)自己能力正確評(píng)估等步驟和重點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)討論了在校學(xué)生在社會(huì)口譯實(shí)踐中常面臨的一些心理問(wèn)題,諸如由于對(duì)方期望值過(guò)大、因知識(shí)面和翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足出現(xiàn)不可避免的錯(cuò)誤時(shí)造成的恐慌緊張情緒等并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策等;報(bào)告還根據(jù)上述各類非正式會(huì)議總結(jié)了做此類口譯時(shí)應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備的知識(shí)積累。 此報(bào)告做為本人在翻譯碩士口譯專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)期間的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),其價(jià)值體現(xiàn)于其實(shí)用性,,真實(shí)性和可借鑒性。
[Abstract]:For MTI students, conference interpretation is the most formal and typical interpretation practice. Due to the lack of practical experience and imperfect system of interpretation knowledge and skills, MTI students are prone to face a series of problems in interpretation at the venue, among which psychological problems caused by excessive expectations are the most typical. To solve this kind of problem, we must make the early preparation of conference interpretation. Based on the discussion of conference interpretation, this report analyzes the preparation of master of translation in college. According to his own learning practice, according to the type of conference interpretation, the translation standard and the quality of the interpreter, the author classifies the interpretation practice of several meetings he has attended into formal lecture meetings and informal luncheon meetings according to the standard of formality. Welcome and briefing sessions. On this basis, based on the cognitive load theory of interpretation proposed by Gile and combining with the experience and lessons, this paper analyzes the preparation of conference topics, professional vocabulary and background knowledge involved in the preparation for formal meetings. Timely communication with the speaker prior to the meeting, understanding of audience groups, preparation of interpretation stationery, familiarity with equipment and venues, timing, dress etiquette requirements, reasonable arrangement of interpretation tasks, correct assessment of one's own abilities, etc. This paper focuses on some psychological problems that students often face in the practice of social interpretation, such as the expectation of the other side is too high, The panic and tension caused by the inevitable mistakes due to the lack of knowledge and translation experience, and so on, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The report also summarizes the accumulation of knowledge that should be prepared for such interpretation on the basis of the above informal meetings. This report is a summary of my experience during my practice in interpreting, and its value lies in its practicability, authenticity and reference.
