基于中泰基礎(chǔ)教育差異的在泰漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者教學(xué)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),泰國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育階段的漢語(yǔ)教育得到快速發(fā)展。截至2008年10月,中小學(xué)漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)人數(shù)約為23萬(wàn),開(kāi)設(shè)漢語(yǔ)課程的公立中小學(xué)為491所,如今數(shù)量更多。漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)9年時(shí)間,中國(guó)前后派往泰國(guó)的志愿者總計(jì)5600多人,漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者已經(jīng)成為了泰國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育漢語(yǔ)教育的主力軍,承擔(dān)著主體教學(xué)工作,撐起了半壁江山。 志愿者在泰國(guó)教學(xué)中面臨著一系列問(wèn)題,如學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)不認(rèn)真、學(xué)生作業(yè)完成情況不佳、教學(xué)目標(biāo)模糊、統(tǒng)一教學(xué)大綱缺失、學(xué)生配合度不高、課堂秩序難維持、教學(xué)法不能吸引學(xué)生注意力等等,并且這些問(wèn)題使志愿者產(chǎn)生了挫敗感、焦慮感、失望、困惑等情緒。通過(guò)對(duì)以上問(wèn)題的研究分析,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)其中有相當(dāng)一部分問(wèn)題是由中泰兩國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育差異所造成的,更準(zhǔn)確地說(shuō),是志愿者未能從兩國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育差異層面去認(rèn)識(shí)泰國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)。因此,筆者對(duì)中泰基礎(chǔ)教育的差異和成因進(jìn)行梳理,為志愿者的問(wèn)題找到基礎(chǔ)性原因,并據(jù)此提出建議。 本文分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為緒論,對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法與寫作思路進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要闡述,對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述;第二章以志愿者在泰教學(xué)所面臨的問(wèn)題為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對(duì)比展現(xiàn)出中泰基礎(chǔ)教育的主要差異和兩國(guó)外語(yǔ)教育的不同特點(diǎn);第三章從教育理念和社會(huì)文化觀念兩個(gè)角度對(duì)形成中泰基礎(chǔ)教育差異的原因進(jìn)行了討論;第四章結(jié)合中泰基礎(chǔ)教育差異和差異形成原因,對(duì)志愿者面臨的主要教學(xué)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析;第五章基于差異對(duì)比、原因探尋和問(wèn)題剖析,對(duì)志愿者漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)提出了三點(diǎn)建議;第六章是對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和回顧,指出本文研究的不足并對(duì)未來(lái)研究提出建議。 由于教育理念和社會(huì)文化觀念的不同,中泰基礎(chǔ)教育出現(xiàn)了比較明顯的差異。正因?yàn)檫@些差異,當(dāng)成長(zhǎng)于中國(guó)教育的志愿者進(jìn)入泰國(guó)教育大環(huán)境進(jìn)行教學(xué)時(shí),出現(xiàn)了不理解、不適應(yīng),一些泰國(guó)師生習(xí)以為常的泰國(guó)教育現(xiàn)實(shí)給志愿者的教學(xué)帶來(lái)了困擾。也因?yàn)閷?duì)兩國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育差異認(rèn)識(shí)的不充分,志愿者在教學(xué)管理和教學(xué)實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)了一些問(wèn)題。因此筆者認(rèn)為,志愿者應(yīng)該充分認(rèn)識(shí)中泰基礎(chǔ)教育差異,適應(yīng)并融入泰國(guó)教育環(huán)境,根據(jù)泰國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育的特點(diǎn)、學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)來(lái)調(diào)整教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)思路以及教學(xué)方法,以更好地開(kāi)展在泰漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese language education in basic education in Thailand has developed rapidly. As of October 2008, the number of Chinese learners in primary and secondary schools was about 230000, and the number of public primary and secondary schools offering Chinese courses was 491. In the nine years since the launch of the Chinese teacher Volunteer Project, more than 5600 Chinese teachers have been sent to Thailand before and after China. Chinese teacher volunteers have become the main force in basic education and Chinese language education in Thailand, undertaking the main teaching work. Half of the way up. Volunteers face a series of problems in teaching in Thailand, such as students are not serious in their study, students' homework is not good, teaching objectives are vague, the unified syllabus is missing, students' cooperation degree is not high, and classroom order is difficult to maintain. The teaching method can't attract students' attention, and these questions make the volunteers feel frustrated, anxious, disappointed, confused and so on. Through the research and analysis of the above problems, the author finds that quite a few of them are caused by the differences in basic education between China and Thailand. Volunteers failed to understand the current situation and characteristics of basic education in Thailand from the perspective of differences in basic education between the two countries. Therefore, the author combs the differences and causes of basic education between China and Thailand, finds out the basic reasons for the problems of volunteers, and puts forward some suggestions accordingly. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the research background, research significance, research methods and writing ideas are briefly described, and the relevant literature is summarized. The second chapter is based on the problems faced by volunteers in Thailand teaching as the starting point. The third chapter discusses the causes of the differences in basic education between China and Thailand from the perspectives of educational concepts and social and cultural concepts. The fourth chapter analyzes the main teaching problems faced by volunteers in the light of the differences and the causes of the differences in basic education between China and Thailand, and the fifth chapter puts forward three suggestions for the Chinese teaching of volunteers based on the contrast of differences, the exploration of reasons and the analysis of problems. The sixth chapter summarizes and reviews this paper, points out the shortcomings of this study and puts forward some suggestions for future research. Due to the differences between educational concepts and social and cultural concepts, there are obvious differences in basic education between China and Thailand. Because of these differences, when the volunteers growing up in Chinese education enter the educational environment of Thailand for teaching, some Thai teachers and students are accustomed to the Thai educational reality, which brings difficulties to the teaching of volunteers. There are some problems in the teaching management and teaching practice because of the insufficient understanding of the difference between the two countries. Therefore, the author believes that volunteers should fully understand the differences of basic education between China and Thailand, adapt and integrate into the Thai educational environment, adjust teaching objectives, teaching ideas and teaching methods according to the characteristics of Thai basic education and students' characteristics. In order to better develop Chinese teaching in Thailand.
