印尼牙律縣華文教育現(xiàn)狀考察

【摘要】:中國(guó)人上千年前就已經(jīng)移民到海外,印尼早期華人是最早遷居海外的華人,繁衍到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有一千萬(wàn)之巨,是世界上華人華僑最多的國(guó)家。華文教育也隨著華人先輩的到來(lái)落地生根。近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,世界影響力與日俱增,中國(guó)的語(yǔ)言文化越來(lái)越受到外國(guó)政府和人民的重視,在世界各地刮起了學(xué)習(xí)華文的風(fēng)潮。在擁有最多華人的印尼,這股學(xué)習(xí)的風(fēng)潮格外引人注目。 印尼現(xiàn)代華文教育歷史從1901年成立的巴城中華會(huì)館學(xué)校起步發(fā)展算起,總共經(jīng)歷了起步發(fā)展(1901—1957)、鼎盛到式微(1957—1967)、式微消亡(1967—1998)、復(fù)蘇加速發(fā)展(1998—至今)階段,這樣波折起伏的發(fā)展歷程與印尼的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化教育政策息息相關(guān),也與中印尼兩國(guó)的關(guān)系息息相關(guān)。 牙律是印尼西爪哇省的一個(gè)小縣城,牙律的華文教育隨著印尼政府的華文教育政策的改變經(jīng)歷了波折起伏的多個(gè)階段,從最初的起步發(fā)展到抑制消亡再到復(fù)蘇反彈,,華文教育事業(yè)終于迎來(lái)了春天,但是由于各方面的原因,牙律華文教育的發(fā)展還有很多不盡如人意的地方,本文試圖通過(guò)對(duì)華文教育現(xiàn)狀的考察,探究原因,提供解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The Chinese have emigrated overseas thousands of years ago. The early Chinese in Indonesia were the first to emigrate overseas, and now they have multiplied to more than 10 million, making them the largest number of overseas Chinese in the world. Chinese education also took root with the arrival of Chinese ancestors. In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing influence of the world, Chinese language and culture have been paid more and more attention by foreign governments and people. In Indonesia, where the largest number of Chinese live, this wave of learning is particularly striking. The history of modern Chinese language education in Indonesia has been from the beginning development of the Bacheng Chinese Guild School established in 1901 to its initial development from 1901-1957, from its peak to its decline from 1957-1967, from its decline to its demise in 1967-1998, to its accelerated recovery and development from 1998-present). The ups and downs are closely related to Indonesia's political, economic, cultural and educational policies, as well as to the relations between China and Indonesia. Toothwork is a small county town in West Java Province, Indonesia. With the change of the Indonesian government's Chinese education policy, the Chinese language education has gone through many stages of ups and downs, from the initial development to the suppression of extinction and then to the recovery and rebound. The cause of Chinese education has finally ushered in spring, but due to various reasons, there are still many unsatisfactory places for the development of toothed Chinese education. This paper attempts to explore the reasons through the investigation of the present situation of Chinese education, and to provide solutions.
