【摘要】：作為中國五個少數(shù)民族自治區(qū)之一的廣西壯族自治區(qū),境內(nèi)一共分布著12個少數(shù)民族,分別是壯、苗、侗、瑤、毛南、京、水、仫佬、彝等,由于多民族的特征所以在該地區(qū)語言的使用狀況極為復(fù)雜。該地區(qū)有粵語、西南官話、客家話、平話、湘方言、閩方言等6大類漢語方言,是中國漢語方言種類最多的省級行政單位之一。不僅如此,各個少數(shù)民族也都有自己的方言。雖然多民族、多語言的特征使得廣西形成了自己獨特的民族文化特色,但是也使各民族之間交流不暢,造成經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緩慢等各方面的問題。所以說如何實現(xiàn)該地區(qū)語言的和諧,是構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要議題。 構(gòu)建和諧地域語言環(huán)境,首先需要清除語言上的歧視。語言歧視指的是在語言使用上所表現(xiàn)出來的對弱勢群體的不合理、不人道的區(qū)別對待,在當(dāng)今社會中存在著很多針對弱勢群體的語言歧視現(xiàn)象,是語言不和諧的表現(xiàn)之一,這些語言歧視排斥、侵犯了一部分人的利益,不利于形成和諧相處的人際環(huán)境,不利于和諧社會的構(gòu)建,因此必須抵制語言歧視現(xiàn)象,為和諧社會的構(gòu)建起到語言支撐作用。在廣西地區(qū),由于各民族地區(qū)有自己的方言存在,所以難免也會在某種程度上出現(xiàn)語言的歧視,這對于構(gòu)建我國和諧社會的大背景是相互排斥的。 本文以廣西地區(qū)語言和諧為中心,通過問卷調(diào)查、深入訪談和參與式觀察等一系列的科研方法,細(xì)致考察了廣西區(qū)內(nèi)各民族的語言文字使用情況和語言特點。希望借助案例的分析能夠?qū)V西地區(qū)實現(xiàn)語言和諧提供一些積極的意義。
[Abstract]:As one of the five ethnic minority autonomous regions in China, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region has a total of 12 ethnic minorities, including Zhuang, Miao, Dong, Yao, Maonan, Jing, Shui, Mullah, Yi, etc.The use of languages in the region is extremely complex because of its multi-ethnic character.There are six kinds of Chinese dialects in this area, such as Cantonese, Southwest Mandarin, Hakka dialect, Ping dialect, Xiang dialect, Min dialect and so on. It is one of the provincial administrative units with the most kinds of Chinese dialects in China.Not only that, each minority also has its own dialect.Although the characteristics of multi-nationality and multi-language make Guangxi form its own unique national cultural characteristics, it also makes the communication between different nationalities not smooth, resulting in the problems of slow economic development and so on.Therefore, how to achieve the regional language harmony, is an important issue of building a harmonious society.In order to construct a harmonious regional language environment, it is necessary to eliminate language discrimination.Language discrimination refers to the unreasonable and inhuman discrimination of the disadvantaged groups in the use of language. In today's society, there are many phenomena of language discrimination against the disadvantaged groups, which is one of the manifestations of language disharmony.These language discrimination and exclusion violate the interests of some people, are not conducive to the formation of a harmonious interpersonal environment, is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious society, so we must resist the phenomenon of language discrimination, for the construction of a harmonious society plays a language support role.In Guangxi, due to the existence of their own dialects, it is inevitable that language discrimination will occur to some extent, which is mutually exclusive to the background of building a harmonious society in our country.Based on a series of scientific research methods, such as questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and participatory observation, this paper takes the language harmony in Guangxi as the center, and makes a careful study of the use and characteristics of the languages and characters of various nationalities in Guangxi.It is hoped that the case study can provide some positive significance for the realization of language harmony in Guangxi.
