【摘要】：蘇謀斯是19世紀(jì)中期英國(guó)倫敦大學(xué)國(guó)王學(xué)院漢學(xué)教授，是英國(guó)較有影響力的漢學(xué)家之一。《漢語(yǔ)初階》（The Rudiments of The Chinese Language，1864）是其在任教期間編寫(xiě)的一部漢語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)讀本，該書(shū)在英國(guó)本土出版，專(zhuān)門(mén)為即將去中國(guó)的英國(guó)人而編寫(xiě)，有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性。本論文主要分為五部分：第一章緒論部分，說(shuō)明選題的意義，介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，所采用的理論、方法和語(yǔ)料來(lái)源；介紹蘇謀斯的生平及其主要的著作，并分析《漢語(yǔ)初階》全書(shū)的主要內(nèi)容、編寫(xiě)體例等。第二章分析《漢語(yǔ)初階》的語(yǔ)音標(biāo)注方法，并將《漢語(yǔ)初階》所使用的表音系統(tǒng)與密迪樂(lè)拼音系統(tǒng)、威妥瑪式拼音系統(tǒng)相比較，分析其表音方案的特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。第三章分析《漢語(yǔ)初階》展現(xiàn)的語(yǔ)法現(xiàn)象，包括詞法和句法；對(duì)本書(shū)出現(xiàn)的語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)部分進(jìn)行歸納整理和詳細(xì)描寫(xiě)。重點(diǎn)分析《漢語(yǔ)初階》主要詞類(lèi)的特點(diǎn)，然后總結(jié)該書(shū)中展現(xiàn)的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象，簡(jiǎn)要分析短語(yǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)和句法結(jié)構(gòu)。然后與《漢語(yǔ)手冊(cè)》進(jìn)行縱向比較，對(duì)該書(shū)的語(yǔ)法論述做出評(píng)價(jià)。第四章分析《漢語(yǔ)初階》中的詞匯。重點(diǎn)分析練習(xí)以及后附詞匯表里的詞匯量、詞匯構(gòu)成、編排方式，分析其詞匯選擇是否符合初級(jí)階段漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)入門(mén)工具書(shū)的要求。并與《漢語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)漸進(jìn)教程》進(jìn)行橫向比較，對(duì)該教材的詞匯選編作出評(píng)價(jià)。第五章評(píng)價(jià)部分，評(píng)價(jià)《漢語(yǔ)初階》的特點(diǎn)和價(jià)值，，指出它的不足。《漢語(yǔ)初階》是一本入門(mén)性質(zhì)的初級(jí)口語(yǔ)指導(dǎo)用書(shū)，它從語(yǔ)音、詞匯、語(yǔ)法三個(gè)方面，對(duì)漢語(yǔ)的性質(zhì)做了一個(gè)整體性的介紹，循序漸進(jìn)、由簡(jiǎn)到難，在當(dāng)時(shí)的英國(guó)本土有較大的市場(chǎng)需求，是一本值得肯定的漢語(yǔ)指導(dǎo)書(shū)。
[Abstract]:Summers is a professor of Sinology at King's College, University of London, in the mid-19th century, and one of the more influential Sinologists in England. The Rudiments of The Chinese language (1864) is a basic Chinese reading book he wrote while he was teaching. This paper is mainly divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which explains the significance of the topic, introduces the current research situation at home and abroad. The theory, method and source of the corpus, the life of Summers and his main works are introduced, and the main contents of the book are analyzed. The second chapter analyzes the phonetic tagging method of the first order of Chinese. The phonetic system used in the first stage of Chinese is compared with that of the Midile Pinyin system and the Wade Pinyin system, and the characteristics of the phonetic scheme are analyzed and evaluated. It includes lexical and syntactic, induces and arranges the language points appearing in the book, analyzes the characteristics of the main parts of speech in the first stage of Chinese, and then summarizes the linguistic phenomena shown in the book. A brief analysis of phrase structure and syntactic structure is made. Then a longitudinal comparison is made with the Chinese Manual. The fourth chapter analyzes the vocabulary in the first stage of Chinese. The emphasis is on the analysis of the vocabulary size, vocabulary composition and arrangement in the attached vocabulary. This paper analyzes whether the choice of vocabulary meets the requirements of the preliminary Chinese learning reference book, and makes a horizontal comparison with the gradual course of spoken Chinese, and evaluates the selected vocabulary of the textbook. This paper evaluates the characteristics and value of the first stage of Chinese, and points out its deficiency. It is a primary oral instruction book of introductory nature, which introduces the nature of Chinese in three aspects: pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. Step by step, from simple to difficult, at that time there was a greater market demand in the UK, is a positive book of Chinese guidance.
