【摘要】：隨著改革開放的深入,中國在經(jīng)濟、政治和文化方面的國際地位得到了很大提升。截止2010年,中國的GDP總量已躍居世界第二。因此,越來越多的國外人士希望更多地了解中國政府的方針政策。政府工作報告涵蓋了我國經(jīng)濟、社會和文化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及對未來幾年的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,因而成為世界了解中國國情的一個有效途徑。在這個過程中,翻譯起到十分重要的作用。本文從奈達(dá)的功能對等理論出發(fā),對近五年的政府工作報告的翻譯進(jìn)行初步研究,目的是從三個側(cè)面用大量譯例證明功能對等翻譯理論可以用于指導(dǎo)政府工作報告的翻譯,并提出政府工作報告翻譯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本文首先介紹奈達(dá)及其著名的功能對等理論,同時,簡要介紹了一些與對等翻譯相關(guān)的其他理論。政府工作報告作為一種特殊文本類型,具有特殊的文體特點。本文在第二部分分別從詞匯、句法和修辭三個方面探討了政府工作報告的文體特點。第三部分是本文的重點,作者從奈達(dá)的功能對等理論出發(fā),從詞匯、句法以及語篇三個層面探討了政府工作報告的翻譯,通過定性研究發(fā)現(xiàn),政府工作報告的翻譯基本符合功能對等的目的要求,功能對等翻譯理論對政府工作報告的翻譯也具有解釋力,但所研究譯文也存在一些不對等的翻譯,本文列舉相關(guān)譯例進(jìn)行了分析說明。最后一部分,在總結(jié)其他學(xué)者的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了政府工作報告翻譯的三條標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：忠實性、可懂性和自然性原則。 通過描述性研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：功能對等理論是解釋和分析政府工作報告翻譯最有效的理論之一,因而譯者可以在功能對等翻譯理論的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行這一文體的翻譯,此外,相關(guān)文本類型的翻譯應(yīng)遵守忠實、可懂和自然性三個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's international position in economy, politics and culture has been greatly improved. By 2010, China's total GDP has leapt to the second largest in the world. More and more foreigners want to know more about the principles and policies of the Chinese government. The government work report covers the current economic, social and cultural development situation of China and its development plans for the next few years. Translation plays a very important role in this process. Based on Nida's functional equivalence theory, this paper makes a preliminary study on the translation of government work reports in the past five years. The purpose of this paper is to prove that functional equivalence translation theory can be used to guide the translation of government work reports from three aspects and to put forward the standard of translation of government work reports. This paper first introduces Nida and his famous functional equivalence theory, at the same time, briefly introduces some other theories related to equivalent translation. In the second part, the author discusses the stylistic characteristics of the government work report from three aspects: vocabulary, syntax and rhetoric. The third part is the focus of this paper. The author starts from Nida's functional equivalence theory and begins with vocabulary. The translation of the government work report is discussed at the syntactic and textual levels. Through qualitative research, it is found that the translation of the government work report basically conforms to the purpose of functional equivalence. The theory of functional equivalence also has an explanatory effect on the translation of government work reports. However, there are some unequal translations in the translation studies. On the basis of summing up the research of other scholars, this paper puts forward three criteria for translation of government work reports: faithfulness, comprehensibility and naturalness. Through descriptive study, it is found that functional equivalence theory is one of the most effective theories to explain and analyze the translation of government work reports, so the translator can translate this style under the guidance of functional equivalence translation theory. Translation of relevant text types should follow three criteria: faithfulness, comprehensibility and naturalness.
