【摘要】：師資問(wèn)題是制約菲律賓華文教育發(fā)展的重要因素，也是當(dāng)前菲律賓華語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革中的主要內(nèi)容，本研究即以菲律賓中部城市宿務(wù)的當(dāng)?shù)厝A語(yǔ)師資作為研究對(duì)象。為了對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)貛熧Y有一個(gè)客觀、全面的了解，筆者利用在菲律賓宿務(wù)市擔(dān)任漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者的10個(gè)月時(shí)間，，走訪了當(dāng)?shù)氐?0所華校，采訪了各校的中文部主任和一名已退休華校校長(zhǎng)，并對(duì)華校所有當(dāng)?shù)亟處熞赃M(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。根據(jù)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及訪談的結(jié)果，結(jié)合筆者平時(shí)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟處煹挠^察了解，文章從教師個(gè)人情況、教師對(duì)華語(yǔ)教學(xué)的總體認(rèn)知、教師的教學(xué)情況以及當(dāng)?shù)亟處焻⑴c師資培訓(xùn)的情況四個(gè)方面介紹了宿務(wù)地區(qū)華校師資的現(xiàn)狀，探討了當(dāng)前師資隊(duì)伍中存在的部分問(wèn)題及其原因，并從師資隊(duì)伍的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展出發(fā)，提出了師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的一些建議。
[Abstract]:The question of teachers is an important factor that restricts the development of Chinese language education in the Philippines, and it is also the main content in the reform of Chinese language teaching in the Philippines. In this study, the local Chinese teachers in Cebu, a city in the central Philippines, are taken as the research objects, in order to have an objective and comprehensive understanding of the local teachers. The author used 10 months as a volunteer as a Chinese teacher in Cebu, Philippines, visited 10 local Chinese schools, interviewed the directors of the Chinese department and a retired president of the Chinese school. According to the results of the questionnaire survey and interview, combined with the author's usual observation and understanding of the local teachers, the article from the personal situation of teachers. Teachers' general knowledge of Chinese language teaching, teachers' teaching situation and local teachers' participation in teacher training are introduced in this paper. This paper probes into some problems existing in the teaching staff at present and their causes, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the teaching staff from the view of the long-term development of the teaching staff.
