【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告指出,要"建設(shè)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承體系,弘揚(yáng)中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化。推廣和規(guī)范使用國家通用語言文字"。這充分體現(xiàn)了語言文字工作在我國"五位一體"社會主義事業(yè)總體布局中的重要地位,體現(xiàn)了我們黨對語言文字工作的高度重視。《國家中長期語言文字事業(yè)改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2012～2020年)》的頒布,是貫徹黨的十八大會議精神的重要舉措,是推進(jìn)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國建設(shè)的重要行動(dòng),是指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期語言文字工作的重要綱領(lǐng)。為落實(shí)黨的十八大精神、貫徹《語言文字規(guī)劃綱要》,教育部語言文字應(yīng)用管理司和《語言文字應(yīng)用》編輯部一起,特邀語言文字工作領(lǐng)域的專家學(xué)者撰寫筆談文章,發(fā)表各自的見解�，F(xiàn)將筆談文章刊發(fā)如下,以饗讀者。
