【摘要】：翻譯有著與語言一樣悠久的歷史，是人類社會各民族之間最重要的交際活動之一，也是人類社會最古老的職業(yè)之一。如今的世界已經(jīng)進入全球化時代，翻譯更是成為當(dāng)今人類社會各國、各民族之間重要的交際途徑。中國自改革開放以來，同外部世界的交流逐漸增多，翻譯交流隨之大增。據(jù)2011年發(fā)布的《中國地區(qū)翻譯企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查報告》、《中國地區(qū)譯員生存狀況調(diào)查報告》顯示，目前在中國注冊的翻譯公司有5300多家，多以作坊式的小公司為主。全國翻譯從業(yè)人員多達60萬人。 中國學(xué)者胡庚申教授所提出的生態(tài)翻譯學(xué)以全新的理論視角，從生態(tài)環(huán)境入手，論證達爾文的“進化論”適用于翻譯理論的可能性與可行性，其理論基本構(gòu)架建立于下述主導(dǎo)性理念之上：翻譯即適應(yīng)與選擇；最佳翻譯是譯者對生態(tài)環(huán)境多維適應(yīng)和適應(yīng)性的累積結(jié)果；對于譯者，適者生存、發(fā)展，對于譯文，適者生存、生效。其中，翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境指的是原文、原語和譯語所呈現(xiàn)的世界，即語言、文化、交際、社會，以及作者、讀者、委托者等互聯(lián)互動的整體。生態(tài)翻譯學(xué)作為近十年新興的學(xué)科，其從整體和宏觀的角度研究譯者和譯作，認(rèn)為翻譯是“譯者適應(yīng)生態(tài)環(huán)境的選擇活動”，明確提出“譯者為中心”的翻譯理念。 本論文嘗試從生態(tài)翻譯學(xué)角度研究小型翻譯公司譯員的翻譯。首先,作者分析了譯員所處的翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境和面臨的種種問題；其次，詳細(xì)分析了譯員在翻譯過程中對翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境諸因素的適應(yīng)與選擇：在翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境中，，譯員要適應(yīng)語言因素和非語言因素；譯員要選擇的因素包括翻譯方法、翻譯文本、譯員的全球化意識和主體意識；再次，舉例分析譯員在翻譯過程中出現(xiàn)的對翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境的偏離——誤譯和錯譯。 最后，作者認(rèn)為小型翻譯公司的的譯員并不能很好地適應(yīng)翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境中的諸種因素，鑒于此，作者最后提出優(yōu)化中國翻譯人才培養(yǎng)新模式，以期對翻譯公司管理人員、高校翻譯課程設(shè)置、小語種翻譯人才培養(yǎng)和譯者主體性建設(shè)提供借鑒意義。
