【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),工作流技術(shù)一直是計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)新熱點(diǎn)。對(duì)工作流技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究除了能有助于提高企業(yè)的信息集成,企業(yè)核心業(yè)務(wù)流程再造(Business Process Reengineering)的成功實(shí)施之外,也可以幫助我們深入研究工作流的核心:工作流定義、工作流模型、工作流仿真、實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)及分布式對(duì)象等相關(guān)技術(shù)。 建設(shè)“某大型廣告企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)”的統(tǒng)一業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺(tái),建立起業(yè)務(wù)流程化控制線(xiàn),使業(yè)務(wù)訂單能貫穿整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)操作流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了財(cái)務(wù)、成本、供應(yīng)鏈、知識(shí)管理及監(jiān)控等業(yè)務(wù)的一體化管理,也為戰(zhàn)略企業(yè)管理和管理過(guò)程中的預(yù)警和控制提供了快速實(shí)效的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)。 本系統(tǒng)以ASP.Net為開(kāi)發(fā)工具建立一個(gè)B/S架構(gòu)、基于Web工作流引擎的管理平臺(tái),以信息處理分析對(duì)象作為中間層、Web作為前臺(tái)的三層次結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)模式,開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)適應(yīng)用戶(hù)需求的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng),從而使自定義這一全新的開(kāi)發(fā)思想得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí)在本課題上還用到了SqlServer 2005網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),使管理平臺(tái)的功能得到更大發(fā)揮。 本系統(tǒng)中工作流引擎部分包括流程定義工具,流程運(yùn)行管理工具和流程運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)三大部分。流程定義工具用來(lái)描述企業(yè)實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)流程,它將每一個(gè)流程的目標(biāo)明確,任務(wù)細(xì)分,分配具體的人員執(zhí)行具體的任務(wù)。流程管理系統(tǒng)用來(lái)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,實(shí)施監(jiān)控與跟蹤。流程運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)運(yùn)行定義的流程,自動(dòng)發(fā)送任務(wù)信息到指定的人員。 通過(guò)對(duì)某大型廣告集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研及現(xiàn)有不同流行企業(yè)管理平臺(tái)的了解與研究,我認(rèn)為本管理平臺(tái)軟件需求的變化主要表現(xiàn)在辦公過(guò)程、公文的格式及業(yè)務(wù)流程控制等因素上,只要軟件能提供用戶(hù)業(yè)務(wù)流程和公文格式等常變因素的自定義功能,而無(wú)需更改源程序就能解決這一難題。
[Abstract]:Since 1990 s, workflow technology has been a new hot spot in the field of computer application. The in-depth study of workflow technology can not only help to improve the information integration of enterprises and the successful implementation of enterprise core business process reengineering (Business Process Reengineering), but also help us to deeply study the core of workflow: workflow definition, workflow model, workflow simulation, implementation technology and distributed object and other related technologies. The unified business management platform of "information system of a large advertising enterprise" is constructed, and the business process control line is established, so that the business order can run through the whole business operation process, realize the integrated management of finance, cost, supply chain, knowledge management and monitoring, and also provide rapid and effective operation data for early warning and control in the management and management process of strategic enterprises. In this system, ASP.Net is used as the development tool to establish a B / S architecture, based on the management platform of Web workflow engine, the information processing and analysis object is taken as the middle layer, and Web is used as the three-level structure development mode to develop a modern enterprise management platform system to meet the needs of users, so that the new development idea of customization can be realized. At the same time, the SqlServer 2005 network database is also used in this subject, so that the function of the management platform can be brought into full play. The workflow engine part of the system includes three parts: process definition tool, process operation management tool and process operation system. The process definition tool is used to describe the actual business process of the enterprise. It defines the objectives of each process, subdivides the tasks, and allocates specific personnel to carry out the specific tasks. Process management system is used for statistical analysis, monitoring and tracking. The process running system automatically runs the defined process and automatically sends task information to the specified person. Through the understanding and research of the business investigation of a large advertising group and the existing management platforms of different popular enterprises, I think the changes of the software requirements of this management platform are mainly manifested in the office process, the format of official documents and business process control and other factors, as long as the software can provide the custom function of common factors such as user business process and official document format, and can solve this problem without changing the source program.
