[Abstract]:A serial lawsuit triggered by a map was filed by Hubei people's Publishing House against Wuhan Huaxin Real Estate Development Company. China Southern Airlines Hubei Advertising Company has just had the result of first instance. The Municipal Institute of Survey and Design filed a petition with the city court on July 18, saying it was the real copyright owner. In March this year, Hubei people's Publishing House filed a lawsuit with the Jianghan District Court: February 1993, the agency and the provincial test.
